This is one of the best Best dentist and dental assistant I have ever met, not only is Dr Chen and Julia get me in for an Emergency, they saved me from getting my tooth pulled or a root canal! I went to 2 dentist prior and I paid extra for fancy ct scan exrays to show a healthy tooth but since your in so much pain, and wouldn't take any time to investigate why iam in pain, they just keep telling me I must must must do a root canal!, Dr Chen took time and listened to me and figured out I i needed was a bite adjustment, and 3 days later my tooth is pain free! Unbelievable how greedy some dentist are, and I had a gut feeling telling me no a root cannal just isn't right, and I'm so glad I listened to my intuition, and called Brilliant Dental! Thank so much Dr Chen and Julia!

Dr. Chen is awesome! The way how he approach the work is fantastic - he handles very little details! Also it is possible to schedule an emergency appointment. I had a really bad problem with infection because of root canal made years ago, had problem to sleep - Dr. Chen was able to see me next day, without placing me on waiting list, and solve my problem. I really appreciate it. The only reason I have to look for another doctor is because Dr. Chen specializes on endodontic dentistry and not on general dentistry. Otherwise I would do all dental service with him...

I don't think anyone would believe if I told you all just how wonderful this place is! I know there's a lot of great reviews from other offices BUT this place, there's no words on just how wonderful they truly are ! This place is a hidden treasure in blackhawk! They work from their hearts and they really mean it when they say, " you are family!!" It is incredible how much I love and trust Dr. Chen & Julia, and everyone here!! I thought it doesn't exist to love their dental office but Julia proved me wrong! They really love their patients and they will do their best in caring for you! Just absolutely brilliant!! You all need to find out for yourselves! Just call Julia and she will take amazing care of you!!

Dr. Chen and Julia turned a very stressful emergency dental situation into a spa-like experience. They were extremely professional and well researched regarding treatment options. Only the highest caliber crowns and dental implants were offered putting my fears to rest that future unnecessary treatments would be performed. Aside from the immaculate office, the overall experience put me in a state of calm knowing that I could trust in their expertise.

This is very important review for anyone reading when I met dr Chen I thought he was just another dentist. He explained the issue with my teeth. He said I must get a root canal. I went against his advice & asked him to save my teeth & go the aggressive way. I was not honest with him because I thought he is just another dentist who wants to make money on me, but oh boy I was dead wrong. I paid a huge price for not listening to him. He did a prefect job at saving my tooth the aggravation way He 99% saved my tooth but I didn't listen to him to take care of it. He did warn me that I have to do certain things or I'm have to have a root canal. I didn't do the things he told me. I should have listen to him the minute I meet him. He is legit, professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring. After, I left I made a bad review thinking it was his fault until I visited 3 more dentist I had to come to realizing what a great dentist and person dr Chen is . Others couldn't even explain how to fix my tooth. They all asked me to pay thousands of dollars and 100 Xrays. I feel bad and I feel like I owe an apology to dr Chen. I'm sorry dr Chen for for everything. I hope you will accept me as your patient again & my apologizes. You are the best. God bless you.
