I can't say enough about the professional and caring service provided by Dr. Goff. Even while navigating the complications resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, Dr. Goff and his staff maintain excellent, safe and efficient services. I highly recommend!

They schedule way too many patients at one time and there is always a long wait. I even made appointments right when they open and still had to wait in upwards of over 30 minutes. Then when you say something they become extremely defensive and rude. Also, they have offices all over the place so if you have an emergency or need to change an appointment you can forget about being able to get in unless you want to drive 30 miles out of your way. The Melbourne office is open only 3-4 days a month. Do not use them if you live in Melbourne! Maybe if you live in Palm Bay you'll have better luck as they are there more days. The timeframe was accurate and we are very happy with the results which is why I give them 3 stars. It would be 5 if not for the service.

Thank you Brilliant Smiles! My daughter now has a model perfect smile! On top of the great results, our office visits were all great too. No waiting and the scheduling was very flexible. Especially like the fact that they have so many offices. Our home office is Satellite Beach, but if we needed a time not available there, we headed up to Merritt Island. We are super happy!

Dr Goff and staff are all very pleasant to work with and professional. When working with my children they've all been personable and are great at making us all feel comfortable about the work that they are doing. Also, the results of their braces have been awesome and I trust their recommendations. Top notch!

The staff and Orthodontist at Brilliant Smiles are friendly and professional. My consultation and placement for braces was quick and without error. Now I am taking both of my children to experience the same services and treatment I received. Not to mention the pricing is affordable and they have multiple financial plans that can fit any families income!!! Highly recommended!!

The staff is very helpful and professional. Dr. Goff explains the procedures very well to where you will know what to expect and what to do to have a successful experience and outcome with your braces.

Brilliant Smiles has been great since we moved to the Palm Bay Fl area. The staff there is warm and welcoming and treat you like family and address all your questions and needs as if it was their own.

The staff is fantastic! They are very friendly, polite and caring. The dentist takes her time with you and explains everything so you can understand what to expect. Very organized process.

Very happy with everyone at all of the offices they are friendly, helpful and kind. They did amazing with my daughters teeth. Wish I knew about them for my sons teeth his experience was nothing like this office has to offer, so very happy here.
