I could go on and on forever about this dentist but I have a character limit on google so I'll just say this: If you want to have a perfect smile, come to brilliant smiles! If you need a flexible dentist that will work with you (and they even came in ON THEIR DAY OFF for an emergency), come to brilliant smiles! I had a tooth break when I awoke one morning and I freaked out because I had a date scheduled that evening! Doctor Roberts answered my phone call immediately and came in even though it was on a weekend and he was with his family. He had me in and out with a new tooth faster than any other dentist I'd ever seen, it was painless, AND he gave me a discount because I can't afford insurance!! I'd recommend him and his practice to any and everyone, and I'd give him a million stars if i could! Thanks doctor roberts and thanks brilliant smiles peachtree city!

I love Brilliant Smiles Dental! The staff are always pleasant and the atmosphere of the office is so peaceful. The background music, the comfortable chairs in the waiting room and the overall decor show an attention to detail. Dr. Roberts provides excellent care and made the implant process a positive experience for me. When I was recovering from a stroke, I know they took time to pray for me. It's the extra care that makes a difference.

If you haven't been here, you are missing out on the best dentist ever!!! For as long as they are open and Dr. Robert's/team are there, I will always come here. I have never been a fan of the dentist, but this place has truly changed my heart. They all know me by name, they have prayed for me when I was nervous for a procedure, and they are ALWAYS so nice. I love this office and they take amazing care of my dental health. Cleanings or procedures are fast and precise! I have complete faith in Dr. Robert's decisions and is not always jumping just to do something. He will wait until it is necessary or give you options. I also brought my son here as soon as he was old enough for cleaning. He loves it and they make him feel so special!

This was absolutely the best experience I've EVER had at the dentist. It was almost relaxing and therapeutic believe it or not! Dr. Roberts, Kelly and Jessica took suck good care of me. All the staff were so accommodating, considerate and patient. I can't wait for my next check up!

Dr. Roberts and his staff are always friendly- from the receptionists, the hygienists and the doctor. They always welcome you with smiles and make you feel like family when you're there. I couldn't say enough good things about them and their practice. My current insurance is not in network with them, but I refuse to go elsewhere for my dental needs. We love Brilliant Smiles!

All the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Robert and his team always does a great job. The waiting room and bathroom are always clean. My whole family and I have been coming here for over 5 years and are always happy with our services.

I had my first appointment here today and it was an extremely positive experience. They already had my insurance information processed before I walked through the door. My hygienist, Kelly, was thorough with my cleaning and was very friendly. Overall, great staff and service.

My experience with Brilliant Smiles has been great from day one. My husband & I are patients of Dr. Robert's from almost the beginning of his practice. Everything from cleaning to crowns has been exceptional. The same day crown technology is amazing & I had no pain or soreness afterwards. I am almost thru with an implant and so far I am happy with the experience. Dr. Roberts and his entire staff are professional, friendly and caring.

Today I had my first appointment at Brilliant Smiles Dental in Peachtree City. I was so comfortable from the moment I walked through the door! Very professional and yet very personal all at the same time. My hygienist, Courtney, was awesome. And Dr Roberts was also super nice and personable. I am SO glad to find a local dentist office like Brilliant Smiles!

I had my new patient appointment on 9/10/19. I was impressed from start to finish with both the friendly, prompt and professional manners of the staff as well as the clean and beautiful office space and state-of-the-art technology used in the exam. Wendy at the front desk had already processed my insurance, so all I needed to do was go in a private room and enter my health info on a computer. Courtney, my hygienist, called me back right on time and was very efficient, gentle, thorough and nice to talk to. Dr. Roberts came right in when Courtney was done and he examined my teeth and reviewed the xrays. He is a super-nice person and was happy to answer any questions, without making me feel rushed. I can actually say it was a pleasure being at Brilliant Smiles! My husband is going to start going there, too!

I visited Brilliant Smiles Dental on 9/5/19 as a new patient and the staff from the moment you walk in, to check in, to cleaning, to the visit with Dr. Roberts was such a pleasant experience. The staff is warm and welcoming, professional and friendly. I didn't encounter one person without a genuine smile. Dr. Roberts is soft spoken and answers questions thoroughly. This office comes highly recommended.

Switch to this new dental office. The people there are nice. Just got my xrays done so it was pretty painless. We had a few good laughs about general stuff while they did their work to lighten up the procedure. Office is clean and warm. Not messy and equipment are stowed away neatly. Experience is good so far considering I dont like going to the dentist.

I was cheated out of a small fortune for work that didnt hold up as guaranteed. I requested a much simpler, longer lasting service, that would've been a tiny fraction of the cost of the services that were actually performed, and performed poorly I will add. Dr. Roberts can put on his best smile with a friendly demeanor, but will turn vicious and nasty in less than a second if anyone( employee or customer) does anything he does not like. I witnessed this on more than 1 occasion. The first was at his young assistant over her anouncement that he had an important phone call waiting, the second was at myself while I was in his office trying to schedule an appointment to assess the work he had done very recently that had fallen apart and had cost me 30k (veneers). Instead of the appointment I was seeking to make I instead got the doctor who came around from the back with the top half of his scrubs removed demanding "is there a problem" where I calmly said "no" thinking he was joking, but as he buffed up like he was hulk Hogan I said "I am scheduling an appointment" where he responded "I am gonna call the police", where I (in complete shock) said "the police? Why?" I then backed away from the counter as he approached aggressively and I said "call whoever you want". As I exited the business. Soon after I received a certified letter as to why they couldn't service me as a customer for multiple failures to make it to scheduled appointments(which is false and a wholly made up lie) plus a visit from Peachtree City Police at my home with a warning not to visit this business again or there would be consequences. I guess that is one way to guarantee not having to perform warranty service on completely botched dental work. I would NOT give this cheating Dr. The time of day and definitely NOT any of my hard earned money for his incompetent awful practice. If this review doesn't sway anyone to make a better choice I will be satisfied that Karma will indeed see to this so called Doctor and his bad business practices. Thanks NonDr. Roberts and a fearful of his wrath staff for making my teeth 10 times worse than when we started and leaving me hanging treating me like I was the bad guy while you take a year's salary from me for 4 hours worth of work.
