It wouldn't be my first pick for places to go and get great customer service. The receptionists rub me the wrong way every time I visited. Don't believe me look at the very defensive way the owner is responding to the negative reviews. Let that give you a window into how they treat people.

They had state of the art equipment. Were able to deal with patients pretty fast and had great dentists. Particularly doctor Kim was awesome.

I won't be going here I was going to come on July 5 but the reviews are horrible I would never step in this establishment and then they billing people without they knowledge and then the wait is to long no no no

Shady practices. Scheduled dental work with an out of network provider. Paid $600 the day of without being notified the provider was out network. My son was in extreme pain and needed the work which was the only reason I paid. On a follow up call as I sought additional information about the discrepancy the office manager was rude and hung up on me. Never again! Make sure you find out who will perform the work beforehand and confirm them with your insurance provider. Also look at the owner's response to negative reviews here. That should tell you all you need to know about this place.

They robbed people by billing. Before starting any treatment ask they details billing( total). I scheduled for deep cleaning first they said my PBA Insurance will covered then on day they said I have pay 250$ for deep cleaning bcz PBA not coverage it - I paid that but they only cleaned upper parts and I was scheduled for lower part of teeth after two days . When I went for they asked for another 250$. Same they did for my root canal. Before root canal they insurance will coverage but after root canal they I have pay for my crown which is 380$. Before starting any treatment try to get written statements for their final words.

I had an appointment for over a week , very important on account of I'm in excruciating pain. Only to have the office cancel on me for no reason with no accommodation. Horrible service and no regard for patients whatsoever

this is jus ridiculous ive been calling trying to schedule my daughters dental appointment i was referred to these ppl by another dental office who claims they are good. but 1st impression is everything they pick up the phone saying hello but before i can say good afternoon they hung up the phone and than when i kept calling no one answer its annoying and very rude no great customer service at allllllll 1st impression was horrible

Bad place don't go over there with cold weather and a child 4th years old with pain in one teeth and came to Manhattan from work then pick up her at school arrive 5 minutes late and doctor don't want to received bad experience and it the first and last time thanks for nothing .easy to answer and sad is a lie when my appointment was for my daughter Blanco 4:30pmand before arrived I called to say I was running late the receptionist said it's fine come now I said I on my way because I was already on the UBER but to arrive a little bit of traffic I don't need to lose my time to leave a bad review if I know I'm not right but suppose doctor have compatipm sensibility more for a kid but in dthis clinic doesn't exist

Front desk receptionist need's to work on the way they communicate or respond to customers, I waited 1hr after my appointment time for my mouth to be examined, 2 and a half hrs just for cleaning. I won't be going back to this place.

A-V-O-I-D Waited 1hr 45 min past our appointment time with a small child before leaving, poor communication from front workers, major Covid violations in the waiting room. I hope they can improve one day, to show more respect for the people in their community.

The pediatric dentist is a wonderful man. My dentist was great with me. The x-ray technician, I love her. There's ONLY 1 receptionist that actually makes you feel welcomed. UPDATE This office is getting worse and worse as far as their wait times and customer service. What makes it even more upsetting the supervisor has an atrocious manner of dealing with black women especially. I had an appointment for 11:30am. Signed in @10:56 am and 12:07pm I'm looking at everyone's kids go in, see the dentist, leave and my daughter and I are still waiting. When I approach the receptionist desk to inquire as to why we're still waiting. The supervisor addresses me stating that they're 2 patients ahead of us. I sat back down but his deminor bothered me and knowing how ridiculous their wait time is I returned to the desk and inquired as to what was the hold up? The Supervisor again addresses me as though I'm bothering him and stated that I'm a walk in and I have to wait. I related to him that I had an 11:30 appointment. He again tells me I'm a walk in and didn't have an appointment. I explained to him I got a call that it was time for my daughter's 6mth check up, an appointment was made and I did call last week to confirm the appointment. At this point I was again told I have no appointment, I was a walk in. I sat down and asked my daughter if she wanted to stay she said yes because she wants to make sure her teeth are OK. I proceeded to look at my call history and got the dates in which I communicated with the office pertaining to my daughter's appointment. Approached the desk one more time and asked the receptionist if I can reschedule because I have an appointment and I don't appreciate waiting extra because I have other appointments also. At this point the supervisor is ignoring me so I'm dealing with the receptionist. I showed the receptionist my call history with the communication between the office and myself. He stated that my daughter would be called in 10 mins. I sat back down and within 3 minutes my daughter was called. These people have no respect for their clients. I pray both our dentists move from this office soon so I won't have to go back there.

Claimed i made appointments for a cleaning when i never did. False information i guess u guys make appointments for the patients then. What a joke. Other people would walk in and walk out, while others been sitting for HOURS waiting for a cleaning or xray. No thanks. Good luck with the covid situation.

The Asian dentist was rude. I didn't come there for him to tell me "1st thing 1st you need to stop breastfeeding. It have no nutritional value after the age 1 so it's no purpose to continue". After being Unprofessional and inappropriate he couldn't even help my son.

We got there at 10 for my toddler 1st doctor visit and left after 2pm. Besides the long wait the lazy,rude dentist informed me that he couldn't do anything for my kid because he didn't keep still! Excuse me? Aren't you a trained professional! My kid was afraid but not screaming or having a tantrum nothing of the sort(just restless) No I would not recommend this practice to anyone I don't care how modern,bright or fancy the exterior looks. Customer service is always first & foremost! And that is what's lacking here!
