Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

The office staff are all amazing from start to finish of every visit. Dr Ian is extremely thorough, he explained all procedures that needed to be done. He was at all times attentive to any pain during his procedures. I felt very comfortable in his hands. I highly recommend him. Not 5 stars more like ten :-)

What a wonderful dentist office! First, as soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. Everyone is so kind and personable. My daughter was going for the first time and cried a ton. Amanda and Dr. Ian helped her (when I couldn't!) by easing her into the process and showing her all the tools used to clean teeth. I was so impressed with how supportive and helpful they were. Generally, going to the dentist is not a very enjoyable experience but the dentists and assistants here make it much better! Highly recommend!

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take many different insurances so very minimal out of pocket expenses. First time there and I couldn't be happier to have followed the advice of other google reviews that help me choose this dentist.

Brightway Dental is great. The office is lovely, the staff is very friendly and professional and I plan to continue going here for as long as I can. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Dr. Rosengarten is awesome. I Had to go in yesterday at the last minute for sudden and then worsening pain in my tooth and they couldn't have been more helpful. They were able to see me fairly quickly and really took care of me. So great to have such reliable Dentist in my neighborhood.

A wonderful experience at the dentist. Friendly staff. Beautiful and clean office. Dentist cared about pain upon cleaning and so made me comfortable for the cleaning. The cleaning itself went very quickly. So, no more trepidation over visiting the dentist! I am so glad I found this dentist!
