Dr. Zahir and the staff members are really polite and determined to work with. I have had a couple of emergency and having always been helped by this office and all members, really like that Dr. explained, listen to the concerns and explain the plan ahead. Really nice to work with overall.

Worst experience of my life. I have never had an issue with my teeth but I injured a tooth when I fainted in July and have gone back over 5 times to have a root canal, crown etc. They lost my impression, had me sitting in the chair for two hours while they looked, then created a new one, cracked it and then had to do another impression. The doctor told me I shouldn't have pain even though my tooth was still throbbing. I left crying missing part of a tooth!

Loved my experience at Bright Water Dental. I was scarred from a previous experience at another dentists office who was so reckless with my cleaning. I was so nervous coming in thinking I would have the same experience here but I was happily surprised! Painless cleaning and lovely staff. Thank you!

This endodontist office is very unprofessional. I came here twice to get a root canal. I was told they take my insurance. Both times they told me yes we take it. The first time I went my dentist wasn't in so they made up some excuse that I need to call and make an appointment with my dentist but I was told in the beginning I could see someone else. The second time I went they told me oh we don't do root canals on molars. Why didn't they just say this to me on the phone so I don't waste my time coming here. Then they told me a lot of dentist won't take my insurance. So now I now I was really turned away because of my insurance. So unprofessional. They don't seem organized either not good. I would never recommend this place.

I had a great experience at Brightwaters Dental Care PC. The customer service was excellent, and I was very happy to meet Dr. Z and Dr. Joe. They did a great job and I recommend this establishment to anybody in need of a top quality dentist.

Worst place to visit.. they make you wait for more than an hour and treat you for 10 mins. Very unprofessional. They make your appointment quickly but make you wait for so long before seeing you. Staff is very unprofessional. The dentist loves to take care of patients who don't have insurance so he can get money and makes everyone wait. Making 2/3 appointment on one slot to get more money

I do not recommend this place at all! The dentist did not wear a mask until after he sat down next to me, he also told me I had a cavity and needed a fill in. Luckily I didn't believe him bc I've never had a cavity in my life. I went to a new dentist and got another opinion and found out I do not have a cavity. This is extremely unethical and unprofessional! Save your self the trouble and go to a different dentist.

I wouldn't even know where to begin, is it possible to give less than one star? But I had to click on some thing in order to activate the post. After having searched for an extended amount of time to try to find a doctor that takes my insurance, the irony, I find one that is within very close proximity to my house. They seemed nice enough, the office seemed clean enough, and the staff seemed personable enough, however Dr. Attalla refused to wear his mask, this was like a kick in the gut, as I'm laying in the chair with the X Ray apron on... And although he was very kind, the dental hygienist is not an actual dental hygienist, he is a behavioral psychologist in his country who is just working as a dental hygienist here... I felt very uneasy; I got into a political debate with the doctor, doctors who wear masks normally aside from the fact that we're in a worldwide pandemic! He did not want to wear his mask! I had to ask him repeatedly and I had to ask him repeatedly to change his gloves gloves that he used while he was on the computer, the same gloves that he wanted to put in my mouth... I never felt so threatened and uncomfortable, unfortunately I have to start from square one all over again and find another dentist, it was very disheartening and I am still in shock... I've never experienced a medical professional who refused to wear a mask! Enter at your own risk I guess...

This was the most unprofessional experience. The "Dentist" told me I needed a wisdom tooth extracted and but neglected to give me a referral. So I made an appt with an oral surgeon the same week, and upon arrival to the oral surgeons office, could not even get in touch with the "dentist" - to receive the referral. So I had to called my insurance company to get "an emergency referral". He only told me 1 wisdom tooth was infected, when in fact, a 2nd wisdom tooth had a cavity. I have had many cleanings and all he did was brush my teeth! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. unprofessional, not sanitary, and negligent. Need i say more? NOTE: He asks his patients to leave him good reviews, which is against googles review policy!!

Insurance company referred me here my experience is horrible and the "dentist" is very inappropriate, never seen a "professional" so overly personal. Besides the extreme length of time I was there he told me to call back if I have issues with my tooth as he had referred me to an oral surgeon to have it removed few days later I was experiencing pains I called back they said they would have the dentist send over something, called back the following day I heard he's off until after the weekend Sunday night I had the toughest night I called back Monday when someone finally picked up I was told I'd have to come back in order for him to send the pharmacy anything I told them I was just there 5 days again and I was instructed to call If needs be which I did and when I did I wasn't told to come in now another person wants me to come it's too much miscommunication the office isn't hygienic and the dentist makes me uncomfortable. I hate it there; i was really hoping it'd work because of the location was so convenient.

I visited this office today october 22 /2020 and was a horrible experience i still have headache because the dental tech guy could not use the xray machine and he put the scan or whereever the name is on top of my head and did not use any protection after 47 minutes he finally finish and told me that the dr will come soon and i wait for 51 minutes and the dr never show up, i left the office without any procedure and they call me 30 minutes later meaning that they realize i was not there 30 minutes after i left. is a horrible office. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS OFFICE. from noon until 1:42 pm i still have headache.
