I broke my front tooth and came to Brighton Dental for the first time. Dr. Smith treated me and did a beautiful job! I can't tell my tooth was ever broken. I also have trouble with clenching and grinding my teeth and I got the best night guard I've ever had from Brighton Dental. Dr. Smith said she is offering botox for TMJ and headaches starting in October which I need so bad. I cannot say enough how much I love this place and the way the staff treat their patients.

Great dentist! Really nice classy cozy place with a clean and relaxing environment. Nestled right in the heart of one of my favorite places, Cottonwood Heights! - Dr. Kelly Carroll is a great dentist and not to mention a really fun and kind guy to boot. Very capable dentist that has invested in high end dentistry equipment to take care of its clients in timely fashion. I have recommended and will continue to.

I never thought I could use the word "delightful" in the same sentence as root canal, yet here I am. I went to Brighton Dental after not visiting a dentist in 10+ years (gross, I know...this despite having insurance). My previous experiences with dentists had left me scarred (drilling into a nerve multiple times, not enough anesthesia, just horrible stuff!). When part of a tooth fell off (TMI) I knew it was time to go see a dentist. I'm new to the area and asked a work colleague for a referral. He recommended Brighton Dental and said they were great and he loves them. So I went. WOW!! What an amazing experience. A complete 180 from every dentist I have ever visited. Great staff, beautiful office, and an incredibly skillful dentist. My root canal took exactly one hour!!! This was the first time I got up out of a dentist's chair with my shirt not drenched in sweat. I have found my forever dentist!!

I don't typically write reviews, but my husband and I have had such a great experience with Dr Carroll that I had to share. We have been to 3 dentists in the greater SLC area over the last 6 years and none come close to comparing to the quality, attention, and care that we have gotten from Dr Carroll. In particular, we are impressed with how he prioritizes preventative care and repairs before pushing cosmetic suggestions, and works in the scope of a long term treatment plan instead of trying to do too much at once. Both of us received treatment this week that required local anesthesia and we were impressed with both the procedure and the recovery. Also notable is Dr Carroll's great "chairside" manner - he explains procedures in a relatable (and even sometimes funny) way so that we feel like we understand the treatments we're getting. I would recommend Dr Carroll to anyone in the area. 5 stars for sure.

This office is not Covid safe. We had to go in for many appointments for our kids and family. Each time we went in, the front desk manager had her mask below her nose at very close contact with people in the office and patients. The office manager also sits her office with the door open with her mask below her chin. You have to walk by this office to get into the rooms and bathroom. I mentioned this directly to the dentist two times and it wasn't fixed. When we cancelled our appointment due to concern of lack of safety, the office manager rudely lectured my husband with incorrect scientific facts about the virus. Dentist also brags about getting rich clients the vaccines and leaves open patient data for all clients to see. He showed my husband patient files to show his work without any blocked out patient info. Violates HIPPA. Our experience was so bad we are filing a complaint with the Salt Lake City Health Department as well as the dental board he holds any certifications and licenses. We tried to go directly to the dentist with these complaints but not only were they not taken seriously but also didn't even bother to call us back to talk to us. Very disappointing.

I've had a lot of dentists over the years, and never liked one as much as Dr Carroll and his team. Dr Carroll takes the time to go over everything with me so I understand how certain issues have formed and my treatment options going forward, and any risk factors to watch out for. He really does work hard to put the patient as a priority. His office and team have a good rapport but are also professional. I recommend Dr Carroll to all of my friends and the care there is exceptional.

For 20 years my teeth and mouth health have been taken care of with exceptional detail. Staff are always friendly. Schedule ahead! Emergency appointments can be difficult but are rare due to excellent dentistry.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carroll's for over a decade. He runs an exceptional dental practice and employs a dedicated, professional, and loyal team. Dr. Carroll ALWAYS puts the patient first and is immediately responsive to unforeseen emergencies that may occur after hours. His staff will frequently work beyond clinic hours in order to fit in patients, like myself, who may have a dental emergency. When I have experienced a dental emergency or significant procedure, Dr. Carroll makes it his practice to call me on the following day to ensure that I am healing and without complications. Dr. Carroll is my family dentist. My kids and I receive exceptional care in a clean and safe environment at Brighton dental.

Dr. Carroll and staff are amazing! I have been going here for many years and they have always gone above and beyond to assist me in every way possible! Working in the medical field I understand the importance of being HIPAA compliant, cleanliness, covid safety measures etc. They do amazing in all the above and I feel safe every time I come there. I have now had my veneers for a couple of years and I have loved my overall experience! I get compliments on them all the time on how natural they look! The staff have become like family to me! It has been worth every penny for the care and perfection of his work! Definitely recommend!!!!

I've been going here for about 10 years and love Dr. Carrol and Dr. Jenkins. But I look forward to seeing the hygienist. They are so great with my kid and it's so nice to just go to a place that always makes you feel like you are part of the family and not just the business. Thank you for taking great care of us we couldn't be happier anywhere else!

Kelly has been our family dentist for almost 20 years. He and his staff have been great. We even adjusted our insurance to make sure we could continue to go to a dentist that cares about our family. He always follows up after procedures to make sure we are doing well and don't need anything.
