Dr. Neil Thomas has been in private practice since 1973, covering all aspects of dentistry. He has completed thousands of hours of advanced training in implant surgery, prosthetics, and periodontal procedures, including the 18-month inpractice program in Implant Dentistry at the acclaimed Misch Implant Institute.
Dr. Thomas opened Brighton Dental to satisfy a community need for premium dental care for with an emphasis on precision reconstruction and implant surgery, implant overdentures, and periodontal health.

A Brighton, MI, native, Dr. Elizabeth C. Wyderko joined her father in becoming a dentist. She graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2006 as class president and with highest honors. Dr. Elizabeth C. Wyderko is recipient of the Comprehensive Care Award and the Russel W. Bunting Periodontal Study Club Award. She completed her rigorous residency in general dentistry at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI, and still serves as an attending dentist. She lives in Brighton with her husband and two children.

They were a great place, not anymore. Called to make an appointment over 2 weeks in advance on a day they should have hygienists in (Thursday) They told me due to lack of appointments, they told them to take the day off. I then asked about what if more people wanted to get an appointment on that day, will they bring in some hygienist? They told me flat out "nope we are not bringing in anyone now" BUT! 2 days earlier they tried to schedule me for an appointment but I needed to request the vacation time since they are not open when I am off work. I'm sad to leave but they've been yanking me around lately on scheduling saying they are busy yet they can afford to take a day off. Anyways Shannon is the best! she's the only one I like to see. But lately brighton dental does not care for their patients!!! VERY Disappointed in them. They can call me personally if they have any questions. Also I'm trying to get rest of my family out of their offices!

I'm livid about my experience with Dr. Vanessa Donastorg. I'm not a regular patient of Dr. Vanessa Donastorg. I came in intending to get a crown for a particular tooth, as I was told by a previous dentist that it would have to be done. I also had a chip in my tooth next to the one I wanted to have crowned, however I was under the impression the chip was on the tooth I intended to crown. The tooth she put a crown on was not the tooth that I was intending to put a crown on. Extremely poor communication on her part as a Dental professional. Also, poor customer service as she denied to offer any support to rectify completing the service on the WRONG TOOTH and had to pay to crown a tooth I hadn't intended to crown. AVOID this dentist. I'll be reporting this incident to the Michigan Board of Dentistry. UPDATE: She tried to explain her justification when I had my significant other call in (I was too upset to speak with her). However, none of what she said to my significant other was explained to me during the visit.

Everyone here is very friendly, patient, and accommodating. I had a lot of work done here from cleanings to extractions to implants and they're very good at what they do.

I am afraid of the dentist. I felt 100% comfortable and safe with any decisions that were discussed. Dr. B was completely up front honest and discussed everything. Will definitely be going back

I moved over to Brighton Dental 2 years ago and I'm so happy I found them. They have some of the best teamwork I've seen in a dental office, and it seems everyone's focus is on the patient. My teeth and mouth have never been in better shape thanks to their guidance!
