Brighter Image Dentistry has been the absolute best dentist I've ever been to! ALL of the staff is super kind and very helpful. Dr. Maddox took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me get my teeth to where I wanted them to be! I've never had a better dentist experience. Brighter Image Dentistry has given me a smile I feel confident about. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend Brighter Image Dentistry!

Dr. Maddox and staff are amazing! After being very apprehensive to go to the dentist, Dr. Maddox was very kind and walked me through the entire process. Very patient, detail oriented, and went above and beyond! Has great technique and doesn't rush through his work, and fixed several issues that I had with precision. Would highly recommend!

Do not live in this area. I have heard reports of Dr. Maddox and his Practice. Sounded too good to be true. I gave it a try. (I have relatives in this area). Coming from a person not excited about a dentist visit, I can say every person in Dr. Maddox's Practice is a consumate professional. Great, friendly, and patient focused describes Dr. Maddox.

I recently switched to Brighter Image Dentistry because I suspected my previous dentist wasn't doing a good job (fillings he did were falling out/needing to be fixed.) WOW! I had NO idea how bad that dentist was until I saw Dr. Maddox. His office is advanced, clean, and professional. Dr. Maddox is kind, efficient, and THOROUGH. He took time to review x-rays and took a thorough dental history to make sure I get the best results. Everyone made sure I was comfortable. The experience was night and day compared to my previous dentist. Great dentist and great person. So glad I found him!

I just moved to Alabama for work and needed to find a new dentist. A friend referred me here and I could not have been more happy with my whole experience. The customer service on the front end when I was trying to get my medical history moved over along with the friendly staff during my appointment were absolutely amazing!

The team at Brighter Image dentistry was extremely warm & welcoming! I called them to see if they were accepting new patients & Priscilla was the nicest, most accommodating person I could have ever hoped to talk to! She was understanding of my anxieties and assured me that they would take that into consideration. As soon as I walked into their office I was comfortable, and everyone there was very nice and welcoming. They let me know what they were doing as it was happening so that I wasn't left in the dark. They are the best and I'm thankful that I found them! I highly recommend to anyone who is anxious about visiting the dentist, because they are truly the nicest people I've ever met in the dental field. Update: Dr. Maddox was a great dentist for a few years. His staff is really friendly and the work he did was outstanding initially. My last visit there was after he put a crown on that shifted my bite and caused me significant jaw pain and caused my teeth to hit together when I ate. I asked to replace the crown, and he told me that there was no way it was the crown. He proceeded to ask me a series of rude questions. The conversation ended with him suggesting that I play the lottery so that if I won I could come back and he could "give me a beautiful smile."

Dr. Maddox and his team provide the best dental care anywhere, in my opinion. I've been to a fair amount of dentists over the years having lived in a few different cities. Dr. Maddox Is the best. Always kind, funny, and professional. I actually enjoy going to the dentist!

Absolute best dentist experience I've ever had. I do NOT enjoy going to the dentist and now that has changed. Starting with Priscilla at the front desk you could tell this is an office that really cares about their Patients. Joyce made me feel relaxed and provided the most education of ever had at a visit. It didn't seem rehearsed but shows how much she cares. She even said "I love teeth" and it shows! Dr. Maddox took the time to explain a lot of things and answer my questions. Leaving my first visit I had to remind myself this was actually my first appointment because I felt so at home.
