Dr. Salamon Rafailov is an internationally trained general dentist and has been practicing dentistry for over thirty years. He is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry and completed his general practice residency at Lutheran Medical Center (recently renamed, NYU Langone Hospital Brooklyn). Dr. Rafailov has special interests in implant dentistry and is committed to keeping up to date with todays ever-evolving techniques. He completed a mini residency in implant dentistry in 2013, and continues his education at the Pikos and Misch Institutes.
Dr. Rafailov is an active member of the ADA and NYSDA. He is fluent in Russian, Azeri, and Turkish. Currently residing in South Brooklyn, Dr. Rafailov loves to spend time with his wife and grandchildren.
Dr. Radmila Shuminov is a native New Yorker and attended New York University for both her Bachelors degree and Doctorate in Dental Surgery. She advanced her training by completing a general practice residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. There, she had extensive practice in managing a very medically compromised and diverse patient pool. Dr. Radmila is fluent in both Russian and Spanish. This helps her better understand her patients concerns and treat them appropriately.
Dr. Radmila Shuminov is committed to providing the best, most up-to-date care for her patients and has completed over 700 hours of continuing education since completing dental school. Her motto is #alwayslearning! She is currently pursuing fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, associate fellowship in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and, accreditation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Love the receptionist...she's very polite and sweet and love Dr. Rafailov...he's a great man and not only is he a good dentist, but he cares about you as well. He actually becomes a "friend". He makes you feel very comfortable. His assistants are also very nice.

My experience at Bright White Dental Brooklyn was Awesome some of the finest Dental work l ever had done. I highly recommend this Dental Facility. I was very nervous about getting a tooth removed. Dr. Radmila Shuminov is the BEST. She was very caring, calm, gentle and most of all PAINLESS. I was worried for no reason. All her staff are very nice and welcoming. I have no fear of the dentist anymore. If you need a dentist, this is the place to go.

The quickest, most painless cleanings I've ever had. I hate going to the dentist but everyone here is so warm so the experience is always positive. Dr Salamon is a fantastic physician who really loves what he does. I'd recommend this place to anyone with dental anxiety, they will make you feel at ease.

Took my son to this dentist in April of 2022, was told he needs a root canal and once done come back to him. My son had the root canal, I called the office to schedule an appointment and was told I had to wait 4 weeks for approval. I called my insurance company a few weeks later and found that they had approved the treatment. I never received a call from this office. Since then I have called 4 times to get a status on the approval (which I know is already approved) and now I am being given the runaround. The biller was supposed to call me back, they kept me on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and asked her to call me because I was told the phone system has issues and was assured she would call me right back. It is a hour later now and still no call back. When I call back to ask to speak to someone in charge, i was put on hold for another half hour. This is ridiculous, i have done the footwork for the doctor yet I still can't get a response to find out when my son can get a crown nor can I get any communication. At this point I think I need to take my son to another doctor because at this rate he'll have this root canal pending a crown for a year the way they communicate in this office. So disappointed that I wasted my time.

Had my teeth cleaned and whitened in a very professional manner by Dr. Radmila. I love dentists, they can make cleaning more professional than sometimes good hygienists do. Good oral health begins with proper maintenance. Overall performance, amazing!

A few months ago I had my implants put on and they feel and look natural. I made the right decision getting implants and, moreover, it was a great decision to proceed with Dr. Salamon Rafailov. Although it was a complex situation requiring a few extra appointments to get the right fit and bite, I felt very confident that he was going to come through and get it done!

I wouldn't recommend the dental office to absolutely anyone there beyond unprofessional and rude I called in to make my 17 year old daughter an appointment for the first time in the dental office they told me I have to call my insurance and change my doctor first me working in the medical field I know that's not true since she's under age there's no need to do any of that so as I proceeded to explain this to the girl in the front desk named Oksana she tells me that I'm being very rude and starts to get rude with me all I was trying to do is explain to her that there's no need to go call the insurance and go through all that next thing you know she's telling me that I'm not allowed to bring my underage daughter that's in crazy amount of pain to the office because the doctor doesn't want to see us because I'm being rude
