I was ok with the dental office until today. However, this morning we had a 9am appointment. I did arrive 10 mins after due to some at home issues. However, it took them 15 mins to acknowledge me and my kids to say "we have no grace period so you have to reschedule". How inconvenient. There were a group of kids about 4 or 5 that were called to the back before we were called to the desk. We still would have had to wait for service. Needless to say I am not a happy mama. It wasn't until almost 9:30 before we were called JUST to be turned away. I could understand if I were 30 mins late. I could not be too upset about it. But I was only 10, sat there and watched Mulan for 15 MINUTES!!!! 15 whole minutes! Watching her to be trained for the battle. That was totally unfair. I did not make a fuss because I was definitely going to put it in the review.

I like bringing ym daughter here. But it is almost impossible to get then to answer the phone. I've been calling the last 3 days at all different hours of the day. And can't even leave a voice-mail because their mailbox is full. Really frustrating.

They took my 2 autistic boys in and adjusted to their needs to get the proper dental care they needed. Very happy with the experience

My five years old daughter was so fearless. Ms. Tamika came in, my baby girl already knew what she wanted to watch. Ms. Tamika allowed my 9 yr old to help her find her show on YouTube. That's when Dr. White explained to my baby girl the process and if she does a wonderful job and follow Her instructions she will be win a prize for her sister too. My Baby did sooo good!! We left with her little baby tooth in a cute treasure box! Dr. White and Ms. Tamika were amazing! Last but not least the patient representative staff are amazing too, they always have a smile on their face and ready to help even though they are short staff!! Bright Start Team yall did that!!

My kids both had their first visit today. It went great! Everyone was super friendly and caring. One of my kids was crying because he was scared and one of the nurses did a fantastic job comforting him. Dr. White was very thorough and took the time to explain everything as far as his treatment plan.

It was amazing I wish I would have gotten the two young ladies name but they was so friendly and nice they saw I was nervous and talked me threw the whole thing and the dentist was fast and friendly as well the whole experience was awesome and I will go back and also recommend anyone with a young child first time going to the dentist to go here Thanks for the awesome experience

Very pleasant visit. Me and my children felt very welcome. All the staff and the Dr. were so nice. I would recommend anyone to visit. Definitely will be back. Miss Restine was awesome.

I had a wonderful experience at Bright Star Dental. My appointment was at 2:15 with both of my daughters and we were finished by 3. The staff members were very welcoming and the dental assistant who cleaned my youngest daughters teeth made sure she was very gentle around her 2 loose teeth. She was amazing! The dentist was caring and kind as well. It was an overall good experience.
