Bright Smiles of Winter Haven is the dental practice home of Tranchau Hoang, D.M.D. ('Dr. Tran'). Our primary dentists are supported by Ken Rogers, D.M.D., Hector Villa, M.D., pediatric anesthesiologist, George Alvarez, M.D., pediatric anesthesiologist, Gianna De Simone, D.M.D., and a team of wonderful, skilled, and welcoming pediatric dental professionals, including dental educators, assistants, and administrators. The front desk staff is kind and helpful! I am glad I found Dr. Tran for my daughter. Dr. Tran is caring and upfront to make sure I understand the care of my child. I appreciate the kindness that is given when we are at the clinic.

Good experience for my children. Just wish they would be willing to try oral sedation with my child. As anesthesia is very costly and not fair to the child to be in pain.

Just moved to the area and brought our daughter here for just regular appointment. We were so thankful we did! They are so patient and kind, and make going to the dentist for kids- fun! Definitely recommended!

Today was my sons first visit and I am beyond words!! The night before of course we were anxious, first visit to the dentist, my son just turned 7 and he is on the spectrum, so sounds, liquids and unknown environment makes it a little more interesting for him....so as a normal mom I was extra worried, but from the very beginning from registration to consult everything was just amazing!! They even let me sit in a bench they have there just so I can observe from afar and see how he was doing! He did fantastic!! Leah was wonderful by asking us questions and making us feel comfortable from the start and then Jenny, the dental hygienist was super sweet and nice to my son explaining all the tools and everything she was doing! Dr. Rogers was very nice and made him feel comfortable!! At the end he got to go to the treasure chest for a price and they gave him a T-shirt which made him very happy since he had behaved so well! Truly grateful for this wonderful 1st time experience. Definitely recommend it!

AWESOME! Best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. Great customer service, at the front desk. The staff was very helpful and understanding, also explained and answered all my questions. My kids were so happy and excited to be there, that when we got in the car they asked if they can come again tomorrow!! Lol. I loved that. Also my son has a lot of build up and other dentist he will leave in a lot of pain, but he said they were a lot more gentle with him and were very good at explaining to him the importance of brushing. From the kid friendly waiting room to the awesome staff, this place was wonderful. This was my son's first dental appointment & he can't wait to go back! The staff is very caring and the whole experience from start to finish was very refreshing. I highly recommend.

It is incredible how this place over charge you without telling you anything until is time to pay. Also, the dentist at this place is very rude to clients. Instead of making a payment plan. She will say "no" payment needs to be done the same day. Then she will walk out of the office with an attitude like is her way or no way.

I took my son to Bright Smiles of Winter Haven to address an urgent tooth injury. The staff, both front office and clinical techs, are fantastic. This is extremely hard to find in any medical setting these days and they deserve recognition. Dr. Tran is also exceptional. She was great with my 3yo son and just as good explaining everything to me. Dr. Tran demonstrates top-tier clinical skills, and while this initial visit was for an emergency, I'm relieved to have found a great pediatric dentist and will be bringing all my kids here for their routine care from now on.

Been taking my daughter to this dentist for over 8 years. Couldn't ask for a better place to go. They have very friendly and caring staff. I recommend this dentist to anyone that's looking for a pediatric dentist. This is the place to go.
