The dentist is rude and cold as hell. Has no people skills and very nasty. Demeanor is horrible. Should be able to let patient know what is best treatment but asks you what you wanna do. Then talks you into not wanting her to treat you. Receptionist are wonderful but don't go there. Now I have to find another dentist mid treatment

After leaving this review I decided to seek treatment for my dentures elsewhere. Upon seeing a new dentist they informed me that bright smiles basically messed my mouth up when extracting my teeth and even left an entire tooth in my mouth!!!! I now have to have another surgery to get that tooth removed and to shave down my bone. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I had surgery 7-22 and it's 7-27 I am still in excruciating pain. I have maybe slept 2 hours in 4 days. I can't eat without pain so I'm starving. My sister believes I shouldn't be in this much pain. Sutures would have helped when it comes to eating. And healing. On top of everything I'm 30 weeks pregnant. I am on my way to the hospital, hopefully they can help me. I have never in my life felt so much misery... I regret having ever had this done. Most dentists don't even recommend this type of procedure in the third trimester of pregnancy. _____________________________________ I had 23 teeth pulled, and they did not put one sing suture in my gums. In my past experiences with getting prior teeth pulled I have always been stiched up. My sister has been in the dental field for +25 years and when she told her boss about my experience with my procedure she was ABSOLUTELY speechless. In my sister's bosses opinion they did the bare minimum for me since my insurance was medicade. I had to fight tooth and nail just to get 9 Tylenol 3s. NINE. I have pieces of bone all sticking out of my gums. And it feels like the dentist forgot a couple pieces of my tooth and they are still up in my gums. I don't feel like they truly care about my overall well being and the future of my mouth. It has been 4 days since the surgery, I've exausted my 9 pain pills in 2 days. I'm still in agony with this pain. I cannot sleep I can barley eat. My surgery happened on a Friday...there is not an emergency number to call or anything. When you call the office you get a standard answering machine that says "hello no one is available to take your call right now please leave a message after the beep..." Not very professional.

Went for a cleaning and a filling my mouth hurted for 2 months because the dentist hit a nerve, never will go back again

Amazing place to get dental work done. Bright Smiles receptionists are very kind, among the best I'd say. The dentistry staff in general are awesome, making sure you're completely comfortable and numb before performing any work. Full mouth extraction and barely any post op pain, swelling, or bleeding. If you're looking for a place that has staff that truly cares and treats you right, Bright Smiles Hartford is the way to go!

Had three of my wisdom teeth removed and the oral surgeon did a great job! I informed the staff of my anxieties going in and they were all very friendly and reassuring. Dr Haung explained everything about the procedure to me and made sure I felt comfortable and knew all of the risks before making a decision. Would definitely recommend!

You can do whatever you want to do but you and I both know the reason why I wrote that I told you numerous of times did I have an appointment after the filling in January you said I had no appointments and I didn't have to come there again 6 months down the road I tried to make an appointment but you said I was late to an appointment and if I was late again you guys couldn't see me I was mad because you literally told me that I didn't have to come there again and and then you try to switch it up because you knew you made a mistake so the appointment was set and I was on my way there until there was a car you did more stuff but I don't think I have enough room to write it

Terrible place to look for dental health. I do not recommend it so you do not have problems.

Place is a mess i got my bridge there it was a piece of junk. Did not last 1 year. Dra are money hungry do not care about pt care. Office stinks and insturments rusty and old. Worse place ever no wonder its located in the ghetto for a reason.

I would highly recommend this place. Had a huge infection over last weekend with lot of pain and was not able to get in anywhere. My friend recommended this dental office and they took me as a walk-in right away and took care of the pain. Very big office, great staff and clean environment.
