I am proud to be serving South Milwaukee and the surrounding communities. I was born and raised on the south side of Milwaukee. I lived in Caledonia as a young adult before I bought my home in Bay View with my husband, Matt. We havea daughter, Annabelle, and twin sons, Royce and Bronson.
I believe that prevention and education are very important in the path to dental health. I will take the time to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. I truly value the trust my patients give to me. I am always looking for new techniques to reduce anxiety and the discomfort felt during procedures.
I graduated from University of Wisconsin-Parkside with a B.S. in Biology. I received my dental education from Marquette University School of Dentistry and graduated magna cum laude. I am a certified cerec doctor.
I am a member of the Wisconsin Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association. Bright Smiles Family Dentistry is a member of the South Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce.
I enjoy giving back to the community through volunteering with the special needs community, Give Kids a Smile Day, and the Head Start program. I also stay up-to-date on the latest dental research by attending continuing education courses regularly.
Dr. Melvyn Foley has been providing dental care to South Milwaukee for the past 44 years. As of May 2013, Dr. Foley retired from dentistry and said a heartfelt goodbye and thank you to his many loyal patients. He has entrusted his practice to Dr. Sarah J. Mulloy. Together, Dr. Foley and Dr. Mulloy have been working for months to make this a smooth transition for you. The location and staff will remain the same. The quality of care you have been given by Dr. Foley will be continued by Dr. Mulloy.
I have decided to retire from my dental practice as of May 18th 2013. I always told you that I would not leave until I found the perfect dentist to provide you with excellent, gentle, and courteous care. That professional is Dr. Sarah Mulloy.
Dr. Mulloy is a graduate of Marquette University Dental School. She has been employed in the Mayfair area, but is now excited to have her own private practice and build personal relationships with all of you. Dr. Mulloy and her husband and child live in Bay View.
I will miss all of you and your families. I have enjoyed sharing conversations about our favorite books, movies, trips, and everyday life. I have appreciated your trust and confidence in me. Please know that my relationship with you has been an important part of my life.

Been going to this office for 6 years. Kind and helpful staff. Brandi, the hygienist, does a great job. I've noticed she takes good notes about my dental health and is careful around painful areas of my mouth. Dr. Mulloy is so easy to talk to and answers all of my questions. She is also very good with my young children too.

Dr. Mulloy is one of the best dentists I have been too. She is kind, gentle and very good. She is very knowledgeable and just a great dentist. If there were 10 stars I would give her a 10.

After a very thorough consultation by Dr. Sarah Mulloy, DDS I agreed with her recommendations. Today I had to get a crown on a very fractured tooth that was affecting my ability to eat. Sarah, on the front lines did a comprehensive COVID screening. The dental assistant, Kim, was very kind and professional. She constantly assessed how I was doing throughout the procedure. Dr. Sarah has advanced technology at her disposal. I was able to get my permanent crown on the same day! My new bite is perfect and I no longer have pain with chewing!! I also appreciated that she did a very specific injection of the anesthesia so that only the tooth was numb and not my whole mouth. If you are looking for an awesome dental practice, I would highly recommend Bright Smiles Family Dentistry!!!
