Dr. Snarr has over 3 decades of dental experience, and he has served the Rexburg area for more than 20 years. For him, the best parts of his job include getting to know his patients on a personal level, helping them with their dental needs, and getting people out of pain. Nothing makes him happier than seeing a patient have more confidence thanks to their new smile! Hes eager to welcome you into Bright Smiles Family Dentistry of Rexburg, and you can learn a little more about Dr. Snarr below.

Dr. Snarr grew up on a farm and worked outside from the time he was a young boy. As much as he enjoyed farm life, he also had a desire to go to college. While trying to figure out his career, he took several classes and aptitude tests, and seemed to be directed toward the field of dentistry based on the results. He also has an older sister who worked for many years in the dental field as an assistant, and he realized he had an interest in dentistry. So, that is what he pursued, and he has no regrets!

After attending Ricks College in Rexburg as well as Idaho State University in Pocatello, Dr. Snarr applied to and was accepted to several dental schools. He decided to go to Creighton University and was accepted into the IDEP (Idaho Dental Education Program). This enabled him to start his first year in Pocatello and finish the remaining three years in Omaha at Creighton.

Since graduating, he has taken many continuing education courses throughout the years to maintain his credentials. He has attended the Hinman Meetings in Atlanta, GA, as well as others. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and Idaho State Dental Association.

Dr. Snarr and his wife Lisa (our dental office manager) are the proud parents of five children, and they also have four grandchildren. In his free time, Dr. Snarr likes to get outdoors and go on adventures, primarily by riding his motorcycle to explore the backcountry byways. He also takes advantage of the beautiful trails in the area by hiking in the high country as well as snow skiing in the winter. He regularly takes his grandchildren on fishing trips and has a thriving vegetable garden that he harvests every year.

In addition to being our dental office manager, Lisa is also Dr. Snarr's wife, so she has been a part of the dental office since it first opened in 1993! She also helped with bookwork for the satellite dental office they owned in Mackay, Idaho until 1999.

She has really enjoyed getting to know our patients through the years. Since joining our dental office in this new capacity, she enjoys working alongside our longtime staff members as well as our new additions and serving the community.

Lisa and Dr. Snarr are the proud parents of five children and four beautiful grandchildren. Together, they like to go hiking, biking, skiing, and backpacking so they can take in the great outdoors. Lisa comes from a musical family, so she often improvises on the piano. She also spends some of her free time researching various topics, including health and wellness.

Noelle joined our team in 2021 and has 5 years of dental experience overall, including working as a dental assistant. Her favorite thing to do is answer our patients questions and put their minds at ease.

Originally from Prescott, AZ, Noelle has played the piano since she was 14 years old, but she has recently started to deeply enjoy cooking. She is also an avid dancerif there is music, shes usually one of the first people to start dancing!

While Kim may be relatively new to our team, her overall dental experience spans 30+ years! She loves being able to meet and help patients with all kinds of insurance-related concerns, as well as working alongside such a great staff each day.

At home, Kim is married to James and has three children, as well as two grandkids. The last member of her family is a beloved Shorkie named Princess Livie. Some of her favorite hobbies include camping, riding Razors, painting, gardening, and playing with the grandkids. She also starts every morning with a refreshing Diet Dr. Pepper.

Breann comes to us from South Jordan, UT, and she has been in the dental field for over 16 years. She loves that her job gives her the chance to meet so many people and help them feel comfortable at the dentist. She completed her dental hygiene training at Idaho State University and also has a nursing degree from BYUI.

Jeanie has an impressive 51 years of dental experience, 24 of which have been spent right here at Bright Smiles Family Dentistry of Rexburg. For her, our patients are like family, and she loves meeting new people as well as catching up with returning ones. She attended dental school in Salt Lake City and is certified in making temporary crowns, polishing teeth and fillings, taking X-rays, and administering nitrous oxide.

Kathy has been with us for 16 years and has nearly 30 years of dental experience overall. Caring for our wonderful patients and working alongside such a fun staff make her eager to come to work every day. For her dental training, she completed the Dental Hygiene Program at Weber State University.

Kathy married her high school sweetheart, and they have been together for almost 40 years. They have four children and 15(!) grandchildren. When not hanging out with family, Kathy likes to garden, sew, craft, and plan/decorate for parties.

Kristins career in the dental field covers nearly 20 years for far! She is originally from Sugar City and studied at Idaho State University. What she enjoys most about working at Bright Smiles Family Dentistry of Rexburg is being able to meet so many people and help them truly love their smiles again!

Elise says that she gets to work with the best and sweetest people every day, and this includes both our patients and her fellow team members! She is originally from Loomis, CA, and went to BYU-Idaho.

Elise and her husband, Benjamin, love to go fishing, camping, and traveling together. Lately, they have been taking their puppy on their adventures. She says she can eat candy all day, every day and not get sick, but she definitely recommends that our patients not do this!
