There to Rush on my teeth and I can't make my own wisdom teeth pulled out when I am older enough to do it

Very rude and un profesional , immediately i walked in one of the dentist wanted to start the cleaning but i asked her that am doing deep cleaning she didnt take it recieve it well ,she rudely replied me,then she called the receptionist tocheck if my insurance covers it ,they didnt waste time they both insisted that i should do the regular cleaning but i said no i want deep cleaning...then the 3rd lady joined the conversation rudely ,bashing me how they have to protect themselves .I asked myself that did all of them care about me or they just stubbonly didnt wanna pay attention or here me out but instead they continued to be more rude ......wow such a bad experience ...i dont recomend this place....you need to start afresh first with those two ladies at the front desk they need to respect and go back for a customer care course atleast ...but both there atitude was a mess.

I had to take time off of work for this appointment. I came in on the day I was scheduled. I came in early, and I even came in with my new dental insurance card in hand. Yet, when I come in, I was greeted very rudely and condescendingly by the receptionist stating and blaming me "you didnt respond to Tuesdays text message, so we took you off the schedule completely." No one from the office decided to inform me that they canceled my appointment so because of this, they wasted my time and my money. Nowhere does it state in the office, or at anytime during the 6 months I have had this appointment or even over the years that my family and I have been coming to Dr. Duong's office was I notified that (1) I had to respond to appointment reminders, (2) if I didnt, the office will cancel my appointment completely. The receptionist was very aware of how she was acting towards me, as if I was the inconvenience and that it was completely my fault. I get treated like a nuisance even though I did my due diligence as stated at the beginning of this review. The receptionist's reasoning for this is because they have had many instances where patients don't show up to their appointments. I can honestly see why after how I was treated. Again, how is it my fault that I actually showed up to an appointment that was made 6 months ago and I have never canceled? They have signs plastered at their reception desk that there is a 30 dollar fee for late cancelations and no shows yet there is nothing for this "policy". The receptionist stated that she "tried" to be accommodating and re-schedule me as if she is doing me a favor but her attitude was not genuine nor accommodating at all. Apparently, this kind of customer service is backed up by Bright Smiles Dental and Dr. Duong because the receptionist stated that that is what she was told to do because she only worked there for 1 year. My family and I have been coming to Bright Smiles Dental for years since we moved to Massachusetts. We are very disappointed at the service and we will no longer be patients here.

I've always dreaded dental appointments, for myself and my kids, but I am completely comfortable here. The staff has an excellent 'bed- side manner' and constantly check that we're okay during procedures. I value that. Dr. Duong made me a partial plate that's beautiful and fits perfect. She even got me an upgrade at no additional charge and without my even needing to ask. I went right from the mold to completion, no fitting or resizing needed. As far as dentistry goes, I love this place!

Love this place, extra available parking at Low's, with in that place you can get your nails, hair, got hungry there's food, need more cash? Bank right there!

The worst place , deep cleaning insurance paid for it and she didn't do the job right because, doctor was rude and likes to talk to much , very judgmental . Also told me I couldn't go back to that place because she would not take me as a patient because I was a little upset over the phone , being in pain from all the shots she gave me . What happened to customer service ????? I am in the process with my lawyer to know my rights , and I am glad I recorded the conversation if there's ever a doubt. And for the owner no need to reply saying you don't see me as a patient as my name is not the one above ;-)

Great place. Reception and dental assistants were professional and kind. The office staff fit me in for an emergency extraction when no one else could accommodate. Dr. Duong was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Place is a dump and looks dirty. They just want people to come in and out for their money. I've heard too many bad stories from here.

Great place. Reception and dental assistants were professional and kind. The office staff fit me in for an emergency extraction when no one else could accommodate. Dr. Duong was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Dr Duong and her staff were awesome. My Mom had dentures put in and it came out really nice, still trying to test them out. So far, we had to go back one time for adjustments and the doctor and her staff there is excellent. Not too much waiting time, good treatment, friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend this place for families and people of all ages.

Dr. Duong is an amazing dentist. I've been here since she first opened her establishment. I have no negative comments but utter most respect for her practice. She takes her time while helping one patient at a time approach. Anyone looking for a dentist in the Lowell area this place is a hidden gem.
