I had my teeth cleaned today at Bright Smiles. It had been a couple of years since I'd been to the dentist. They have cool, new technology (immediate x-rays that you get to view too, and a cordless polishing tool). My dental technician (sorry if that's not the proper terminology) was awesome. No pain involved, and she constantly explained what she was doing. I highly recommend this dentist office to those searching for a place where their oral care needs would be met.

I am very disappointed in this company. My daughter and I had appointments scheduled together 6 months in advance. I confirmed the appointments within the required confirmation timeframe (48 hrs prior) and received a confirmation text from Bright Smiles confirming the appointment was set. Several hours later I received a notification from Bright Smiles stating that my appointment had been cancelled bc I had provided them with a "last minute" confirmation, even though I did confirm >48hrs from my appointment time. I called them and was told that my appointment had already been given to another customer and they could put me on a "wait list" instead. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

I LITERALLY enjoyed myself as well as enjoyed the staff. They were extremely helpful and kind and quick as well as knowledgeable about my condition. It was my first time and they treated me as if I was ROYALTY. I left there with gifts they had given me encouraging me to come back and I will tell EVERYONE I know about BRIGHT SMILES because they didn't have to do any work on me for my SMILE to be as BRIGHT as it was before I left; they're CUSTOMER SERVICE was ENOUGH
