Big shoutouts to Caitlyn for getting me in within an hour of calling for an emergency appointment. I had been experiencing discomfort for a long time and as soon as I told her my issue, I was seen with a promptness. My dentist was very sweet and thorough. She did a same day filling on me and I'm finally out of pain after an entire year. She made me feel very comfortable and made my entire visit seamless. The assistant was amazing as well and was quick with the x rays and complaint. Honorable mention to the insurance team who verified my benefits, gave me a quick treatment plan and even looked into other possible coverage for me. I came in at 3, and left in less than an hour. 10/10 recommend, will be going back for consistent care.

Fantastic service! My crown broke on Monday and I was able to get seen the next day. Not only that, it was under warranty and replaced for not cost the same day! And they even checked to see if I was eligible for a new night guard and scanned me for that. Dr. Van was fantastic and Katerina was awesome! Highly recommend!

Dr. Gardner and his team are incredible!!! They made going to the dentist Fun. Everyone was really nice and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Gardner and his team. Also, my teeth feel Great!

BEWARE. SMART OFFICE MANAGER "MICAH" WOULD ONLY GIVE DOCTORS EXCUSE SAYING HE WOULD HAVE TO RETURN TO SCHOOL OR WORK TODAY NO MATTER TIME OF APPT.!!! MY GRANDSONS APPT. WAS 12:00 AND LASTED TILL 12:46...AND YES THEY WROTE THAT DOWN TOO. I'VE NEVER HAD A DENTIST ANYWHERE THAT DIDN'T GIVE A DOCTORS EXCUSE TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY. SHE SAID IT WAS THE LAW AND PROCEED TO CONTINUE TALKING DOWN TO ME. SO BEWARE OF TAKING YOUR CHILDREN OR GRANDCHILDREN TO THIS OFFICE AS YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE THEN BACK TO SCHOOL OR WORK THAT SAME DAY TO BE EXCUSED. I AM ALMOST 60 YEARS OLD AND HAVE NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH A DENTIST OFF LIKE THIS WITH ME, MY 4 CHILDREN AND 16 GRANDCHILDREN. I WILL WILL NEVER USE THEM. OH, AND WHEN I CALLED BACK TO GET MICAH LAST NAME THEY WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME.

My family and I have been going to see Dr Gardner for years. He is more than attentive and personable. He has a great sense of care and works with you to ensure you are comfortable. Great guy! Great dentist! Great practice!

Dental side is very good and usually accommodating. The same day crown is a great service. The reason for the the poor rating is the billing. Out of the blue, they sent me a bill for $1200. For six months, I tried contacting them to settle the claim ( which I don't owe). I even drove to their office and spoke with the receptionist! Only after filing a complaint with the BBB the billing person contacted me. Then she refused to discuss the charges with me because she "didn't like my tone" and promptly hung up on me. They refused to address with BBB as well. Below is from BBB. This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 8/1/2022 against Bright Smiles Dental. Your complaint was assigned ID 17651142. The BBB has closed this complaint and notes that Bright Smiles Dental did not respond to the complaint. This complaint will be reflected on the company's BBB Business Review with the following language: "The business failed to respond to the dispute." Fortunately, for me they've dropped my dental insurance so I won't be returning. So in short, good dental work bad business practices.

Dr. Gardner and the entire staff at Bright Smiles are the absolute best. Had a tooth issue two days before vacation and Dr. Gardner was willing to come in an hour before opening to squeeze me in and get me taken care before leaving. Would highly recommend them to any friend and family!!

They are amazing! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable! They are wonderful with people (like me) who have an extreme fear of the dentist. They really go the extra mile to make you feel at ease. Additionally, if your permanent retainer breaks, they can fix it!
