I've just had my braces removed and the results are amazing. Dr. Ruchika have been patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout every visit. I referred a few friends and they were also pleased with their treatments.

Very nice dr. And staff.so I thought , but unfortunately all the caps she replaced cracked broke or fell out. Recently they rescheduled my appt time and still was running late. Very hard to get appointments Then over Heard Staff on phone expressing they do not take their insurance any longer which happened to be the same insurance I was using. So makes me think they were trying to weed out certain insurance companies and therefore I felt that they did not want to take care of my needs because of my insurance. You don't treat patients like this..

Dr. Ruchika has been my orthodontist for 3 years. She has made my braces process very smooth and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Will definitely recommend her to anyone! I'm proud to say that my braces are now off and my teeth looks great

My kids and I were patients of Dr. Ruchika for years. She is very good as a general doctor. Cleaning and Fillings. She performed a Root canal on one of my top left pre-molars. The tooth she picked out for my crown had a black plate on the top, not the usual all white crowns you usually see. I didn't like it, It looked like an extra sitting around that nobody wanted. Lol.. I figured that no-one would notice. That should have been my 1st , ...Mmm...hmm. Around a year later, while eating a salad, I felt something snap. Yup, it cracked. I had to have it redone. The Dental specialist in Howell, NJ said, "It was not the best root canal, It could have been done better". Me munching on carrots and peanuts probably didn't help either. But I have other root-canal teeth that have had no problems. This crown not being done that well was probably brittle. You better believe, I'm careful now. I'm careful about my teeth and my dental specialists. I suggest you be careful too.

My husband Peter and I have been patients of Dr. Ruchika Verma since 2011. She did root canal on my husband, implant on me and braces on our 3 kids. Not only has Dr Ruchika done an excellent job with our dental health, but she has become a very dear friend. Most of my friends and family members have switched to Dr. Ruchika's dental clinic. She is a very knowledge and caring dentist, and the only one we want handling our dental needs.

I love Dr. Ruchika and her staff. She is very detailed and truly the best dentist I have been to so far. her staff is also very friendly, caring, and professional.I had a complicated crown case that Dr. Ruchika handled very skillfully. I would not trust anyone do the same quality of work that Dr. Ruchika is capable of handling.

Usually i don't write review but this one justifies it. I just had root canal done and replaced a broken crown. I could not have imagined a better experience. It was done with minimal pain and discomfort with exceptional professionalism. Great Job Dr Ruchika and Bright Smiles. will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had bad toothache urgently needing root canal. Bright Smiles staff was very friendly. Dr. Ruchika was very caring and attentive. During root canal procedure, she kept asking if I was comfortable . When I felt little discomfort , she stopped and gave more local anesthetic. She did not rush the procedure and took proper time. She explained everying about the procedure in detail before and after. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ruchika to friends and family.

Waste of time dont deal with this office. Had to deal with all of this nonsense and I didnt even get my tooth fixed. Getting an appointment as a new patient was relatively easy. I went in and got an x ray and talked to the dentist about a tooth that was causing me lots of pain. She made me go get xrays from my previous dentist on the tooth myself and said that she would call and make an appointment once she got the previous xrays. Took me about 2 weeks of headaches with my old dentists and I got them to her, never got a call back... So I called and made an appointment myself, which was a month down the line. My tooth was hurting a lot but it seemed they had no earlier appointments so I just dealt with the pain for a month. A day before my appointment they call me and say that my insurance hasnt gotten back to them yet on what they cover and they'll call me back to reschedule once they hear from my insurance company. You had a month to take care of that but whatever. I wait about another week, still havent heard back from them, but my tooth is getting bad enough that I really need it taken care of soon so I decide to call to ask for an update on my insurance, and maybe to offer to talk to the insurance company myself to get things moving along. I call them and give them my name and situation, but they seem to have no idea who I am and why I'm calling and ask if Im a new patient. I explain Ive been there before and have been waiting for them to get back to me on my insurance coverage. They ask for my insurance and I tell them, and now they tell me they dont take my insurance. What? They then ask me for a callback number and tell me they'll look into it and call back to make an appointment when they get more info, clearly BSing me and tying to get me off the phone. This office clearly doesnt know what its doing. Ive been waiting a month in pain and got no results. On top of that half the time Ive tried calling them or going in person during office hours theyre not there. Like the lights were off and the door locked during office hours and it wasnt a holiday.

Called on Friday morning and got an appointment for Tuesday at 10:00 am. The root canal procedure was PAINLESS and was out in 30 minutes. NO COMPLICATIONS! Dr. Ruchika and her staff was superb . Paid in cash and got a great discount. great experience

Dr Ruchika did 2 implants on my mother and invisalign treatment for my wife. She runs a family oriented practice not a group or franchise where Patient is just a number. very satisfied and highly recommend.

Ultimately, i found a perfect dental clinic for my family. very friendly staff. I found Dr Ruchika to be very patient with kids.My son had braces done there. teeth came out perfect after the treatment. and definitely at great price. all my friends and family go there now.
