This dentist is committing insurance fraud. If you read the comments you can tell. I went in today for myself and my kiddo, I was going in as a new patient and I was already hesitant after reading the reviews. My son had been seen last week and the dentist gave me a bad feeling because she really didn't look at my son's teeth much and she said he'd have to come back to get the sealant put over his molars since she was too busy. Anyways, todays visit I was given a waiver for tooth extraction for my son, he's 8. I wasn't made aware at any point that we were coming back for that. So, imagine the amount of shock I was in when I got this paper and wasn't explained anything. The dentist hygienist who was an absolute sweetheart explained to me that the dentist said his two baby teeth needed to be pulled. There was nothing wrong with these two teeth though. If you do your research, pulling baby teeth too early can actually do more harm than good. Why would she want pull an 8 year olds baby teeth then? There wasn't an injury nor a cavity? Maybe to get more money...or maybe she likes causing pain to people. It could be both of them. I refused to be seen by her after that. I wasn't going to be her patient. Then I found out I was technically there an emergency visit. I was there for a check up and cleaning...I had no emergency that needed me to be seen. Sounds like another way for her to make extra money. I am sorry, I have insurance through the ChampVA. She is not going to get try to bleed them with her fraudulent activity. The person in the chair behind me. The person talking to him(I'm guessing it was the dentist) said, "you need several teeth extracted today. Where do you want me to start?" When the gentleman said, "whatever one you think needs to be pulled." She replied, "you tell me where to start." No ma'am. You are the professional. You went to school for this, you do your job and extract the teeth that need to come out. Don't just pull teeth to pull them!!! If you can choose to go to another dentist, please go somewhere else. I feel bad for Medicare patients because I feel like they aren't getting the correct patient care they deserve.

They were extremely friendly and worked so well with my toddler at his very first appointment! 10/10 would recommend!

Pre-covid I had some dental work here and was pleased for the most part with service, cleanliness and atmosphere. Here 2 yrs later I call because I have a toothache ( bad pain) and was informed I owe a $25 fee for a missed appt, ok I said I'll pay it when I come to my appt- I was told No must be paid upfront - really! So not only did they not get $25 they lost an office visit charge, a possible extraction, X-rays and a good customer who always paid her bill and was willing to pay a charge I dint remember missing!

This dentist office is a joke! They are crooks! We will be filing a lawsuit! We have all our receipts and will get our money back! The Dana lady is a rude liar and needs to be fired right along with the lady dentist. If it is the last thing I do I will get our money back from this office and I will make sure this office loses their ability to practice dentistry. I pray no one else is affected like my husband has been.

all they do is Medicaid so it takes 4 months just to get a cleaning. I just sent my friend there last week and he had an awful experience as well. The dentist is a horrible person and disrespectful. Her hygienist was super nice and complimented my new teeth. she x-rayed them and said they were stunning. I happened to go to another dentist who specializes in zerconia crowns and spent several thousand dollars on my new teeth. Later the dentist from bright smiles came in and began to go on a rant about how my teeth weren't done right I was overcharged and how i should have come there to get procedures done. she doesn't even offer things i had done which is crazy. I just bit my tongue and let her finish. Then today the dentist charged me $25 for a missed appointment and swiped my card like 12 times. I commented and asked her to try and figure out the machine then swipe my card. And she threw my card at me and began yelling at me. Then told me to get out. Trust me, avoid this lady at all costs!!!

Best dentist in town. This dentist knows her stuff and stands her ground when it comes to her profession to make sure you get the best treatment possible. All these bad reviews are false, just people coming in with an attitude or feel like they're the overly privileged like they're smarter than the dr lol. She ain't no push over so come with an attitude like you all that, accept one back lol she keeps it real. Overall great experience very professional love the receptionist and the hygienist along with all the friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to everyone compared to the others!

Scheduled a visit for 9am was told the day before the appointment that it was scheduled for 9:30 on the confirmation call. Upon arrival I was told I was 20 minutes late because it was at 9 and would have to pay $25 fee to reschedule the appointment. When I tried to explain the miscommunication and that I had it written down in my planner before I was told I had the wrong time, the receptionist proceeded to argue with me saying "she never told me 9:30" when in fact she definitely had. The same thing was done to my sister several weeks prior at this office. Completely incompetent and disrespectful!

Made my daughter an appointment here and the people just seem to have no concern whatsoever with what she has going on. I told them that my daughter is getting bullied with what she has going on with her teeth. And the lady at the front desk is just like okay. The way that they show concern towards their customers and clients is a little concerning. They wanted my daughter to wait a month before she could even be seen and then whenever I asked about another dentist. I basically just got told good luck finding one and then was hung up on. So for someone who was supposed to be a brand new patient and terrifies me to even set foot in this place with the way that I've been treated over the phone

Dr. Aburob was very nice at 1st. But when I came to her after my partial was lost at Norton hospital; she wanted them to pay up front for it. I understood, but it took a year to get them to agree.That she could do it! She knew I was wanting her, because she did such a beautiful job the 1st set fit perfectly the 1st time. The replacement set she ordered from a different vendor, was ill fitting and hurt too wear. I told her each time it wasn't the same the front tooth does not match my real tooth, that I still have. She wasn't even listening to me at all. After all the fighting I did with Norton to have my dentist; whom I trusted, she was very rude to me. Not taking calls. WHEN I finally was able to get an appointment with her. I demanded that she replace the ill fitting ones with ones made by the 1st company, I waited over 3 months. Her and her staff stood there LYING TO ME HOW THEY LOOKED BETTER?? It was the ill fitting ones yet again! The front tooth still smaller then my real tooth. DON'T TRUST HER ! I hate being lied too, she was paid for a replacement set and I wanted the same quality that she was paid for up front! Not a cheap ill fitted set. Then she doesn't take my calls about this matter for months now? And still no calls back after me leaving many messages , good luck if you do trust her because she can be extremely rude and dismissive towards people she don't agree with and the staff says and does just as she says.

ABSOLUTELY the worst dentist I've ever been a patient at!! I am currently expecting a baby, I'm 14 weeks + 1 day. On Wednesday 07/27/22 I was in the ER between the time frames of 5:30PM-midnight, because I'm severely ill. I was exposed to positive Covid + strep cases at my place of employment. I had a dentist appointment @10AM the morning of 07/28/22, I call Bright Smiles Dental Care exactly at opening (9AM), lady answers the phone, first off when she picked up she answered with "Hello" with an attitude which is highly unprofessional, then I proceeded to explain what was going on with myself in these exact words "Hello. My name is (blank) I am scheduled for a 10AM appointment but due to being extremely ill I can not make I am waiting for my Covid results, and my strep results are positive as of last night. Can I schedule for a later date?"She then proceeds to get loud, well I have to charge you a $25 cancellation fee. I told her I refuse to pay anything because this was unexpected, I didn't ask to be sick. Also I would rather reschedule rather than come into my appointment with my mouth wide open spreading germs, strep is contagious and I have not been on my antibiotics for 24 hours. I am also still waiting on my Covid results, I had an appointment over the phone with my baby doctor and he wants me going nowhere till I know for my safety and my unborn child's safety! So she still proceeded to ask me for a payment method, and said I refuse, I will find a new dentist then she hangs up I call back 5 mins later requesting cooperates number and she informed me there is no cooperate phone number.

Specifically called telling them I needed a tooth pulled and they didn't do anything except refer me to someone else. I could have found someone else to go to to have the tooth pulled if I had known they weren't capable of pulling my tooth.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Grew up going to this dentist and never once did I have a good experience, I would leave crying and in pain after multiple times telling them I still feel everything. I left an appointment once with my I tooth chipped and my lip busted with the drill. I have photos of my mouth dated June 25 2019. I was unaware of what happened I just knew I was in pain but that wasn't uncommon here. I realized what happened after I left and my gums and lips turned black and blue. I've called multiple times over a 2 weeks span trying to get a appointment for a simple cleaning and they don't answer the phone even after leaving messages with my name and number but yet they still send my grandmother a text stating its time for my cleaning. I've decided to find a new dentist and do not recommend coming here let alone bringing your child.

Dr. A is really nice. She did my fillings and is is scheduled for more work. She didn't hurt me at all and helped me with getting things set up for the next appointment. My only complaint is that I still have not got an email they are supposed to send me but I still give 5 stars.

Dentist pulled the wrong tooth! Couldn't care less afterwards acted like it was our fault and we were the problem! Lied constantly after the fact to cover their mistakes! No my little girl has to start the whole painful process and they couldn't care less!!!

Very sweet people that greet you at the door, they even remember your name to make you feel really welcomed! Even the doctors are sweet and funny when they feel you just a little bit nervous! I highly recommend this place for adults and kids!

What a beautiful dental office this is! You can easily see that Dr. Aburob takes pride in her office and that she delivers excellent dental care at each of my visits! Dr. A is very caring and attentive to my anxiety and needs! Her staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable! I really like talking to Kathy & Dena, and Dana is really helpful when discussing treatment options and offering financing needs. I highly recommend this office and all my family and friends have already switched over! Plus they offer Nitrous (laughing gas) which is a must and at affordable price! Way cheaper than everyone else! I love this office so much! Thanks to everyone for a consistent visit every time! Your patient, Bea!
