It started off so well. The first three appointments I had with them were perfect. The hygienist was really good and gentle. Dr. Bant was really good doing my filling surgery. Then came the nightmare, my follow up appointment was cancelled and rescheduled to another day unprompted. I had already taken the day off and they told me the day of they couldn't see me. Ok, fine things happen. Then came the appointment after that on August 19th 2022. I had an appointment set for 11:00. I showed up 15 mins early( because the last time I arrived at the exact time they were backed up and allowed the person who was scheduled after me to go before me.) I even got a reminder text, I arrived at the place and waited, and waited, and waited. I waited for 35 mins before, eventually a woman from a completely different office next door comes out and tell me that they're closed and usually closed on Friday. This was SO UNPROFESSIONAL. What the heck man. Don't waste people time like this. Not only did I take time off from work, they didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me that they were closed. I don't care how well the service is when you can finally get it. If you're not available, communicate. You're wasting people time and money. Avoid this place. Do not waste your time. If I could give zero stars I would. There are several other dentist options along Wilkens Ave that probably would be better.

I first came here with my fiance on Monday & he had 2 teeth removed. Then today, I had 3 teeth removed. I was so scared & anxious & everyone was so sweet & did all they could to ease my anxiety & fear, just like they did with my fiance. Our feelings & pain was important to them, they made sure we were comfortable. Thank you for being so nice.

Dr. Bant is a very good dentist. He stands out because of his ability to care for the patient beyond the money. Dr. Bant specializes in endodontics and general cosmetic procedures. Every procedure has been pain-free and my needs are placed first. He is very rare and I recommend him to anyone struggling with finding a dental provider. He truly places the patient first!

My first experience was a bit hectic and that was only due to the receptionist being new. She gave me a scare when she said I did not have insurance, but then she was assisted by the owner, and I was able to get my molar fixed same day. I needed a follow up appointment for cavities but I was asked to fax my previous dental information to them (which I happily did the following day). And two months later I still have yet to receive a call back! I emailed them in regards to my fax being sent over and still waiting on a call back, however, I still didn't get a call. This was a decent place but just not professional enough for me.

When you walk in the door you're immediately greeted with smiles & good morning. The woman that was at the desk when I went to have an *EMERGENCY EXTRACTION* was so kind & helpful & she went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. The dentist was very gentle & assuring. He made sure that I knew when I left there I would be pain free. Just a wonderful overall expressive & we all know that's not always the case when visiting a dental office. They definitely won me over & I will be going to them for my dental work for now on.

I have never been to a place so unprofessional in my life. I couldn't get pass the front desk because they couldn't locate me or my insurance in the computer. You just called me yesterday for a reminder call so how come you don't have me in the system. That's what I get for not looking at reviews and just going on convivence of location.

The new management and staff are excellent . Dr. Bant is leading his team greatly . My entire experience was great from making prompt appt to quick and efficient dental care. Fees are reasonable. The office utilities the state of the art medical equipments. Highly recommend.

Dr. Mistry is one of the best dentists I've ever had. He developed a plan for me to address my multiple problems resulting from years of neglect and diabetes. He's generous with the Novocaine, so the most I feel is vibration. I don't dread going to the dentist!
