Bright Smiles is a family owned local business in Cumming, GA. We provide comprehensive dental care for the entire family. We are committed to providing you a safe, comfortable and gentle dental care. When it comes to dental care, we understand you or your family member may be anxious. We provide various sedation options and we always go over and beyond to make sure every patient feels comfortable and welcome in our practice. At Bright Smiles, we treat you like you are one of our own.
We are located at 907 Buford Road, Suite 100 in Cumming, GA. We are near the Northside Forsyth Hospital in Cumming. We serve the residents of Cumming, Suwanee, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Canton, Dahlonega, Dawsonville, Buford and other nearby cities in Forsyth, Gwinnett, Dawson, Fulton and surrounding counties.
We are conveniently located off exit 14 on Highway 400 just past the intersection of Market Place Boulevard, Ronald Reagan Boulevard, and Buford Road (Highway 20) right across the street from OCharleys.
Dr. Venkatesh graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Boston, Massachusetts. She also holds a bachelors degree in Dental surgery from India. She has been practicing dentistry since 2004 in the United States. In an effort to provide her patients with the best dental care and to keep abreast of the current techniques she continually upgrades her skills and knowledge by attending various continuing education programs.
Dr. Venkatesh is very caring, compassionate and truly dedicated to her profession. She believes that patiently listening to the patients concerns and individualizing the needed treatment plan will result in better oral health for the patients.
Dr. Venkatesh lives in Suwanee, GA with her husband and two kids. They moved to Suwanee in 2004 and loved the friendly and beautiful neighborhood right away. They believe in giving back to the community and are involved in various community activities. Dr. Venkatesh in her spare time loves to cook, listens to music and spends time with her kids.
Dr. Rujuta Palsule is passionate about dentistry. Becoming a doctor and serving the community has been her life goal. Dentistry for her is the perfect synergy of art and medical science. She treats patients of all age groups and transforming their smiles gives her immense satisfaction.
She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Before moving to the U.S, she completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree in Pune, India.She moved to Cumming, GA in 2021 with her husband.

I highly recommend going here if you have any kind of tooth problems. They let me come in on a Saturday and was able to take care of my broken tooth.

I called yesterday to get an appointment. I was seen today. I had visited quick care on Saturday because I woke up with my face swollen from my ear to my chin, I received IV antibiotics and started penicillin. I was prepared for a referral to an oral surgeon, instead he said he could remove it. I was grateful and ready to get it out. The dentist who treated me was so gentle his numbing injections were different than any other dentist I've been to.it was quick and painless I had no idea when he pulled my broken tooth. He will be my dentist from now on. I highly recommend the whole team at this office. Thank you so I'm doing very well sorry I didn't remember his name

It was very easy to make an appointment and the hygienist was extremely kind and professional so if all you need is a cleaning this place is fine. The doctor was in the room for two minutes at most and said my x-rays looked great but then quoted me for $1600 worth of fillings to avoid a root canal. It seemed really shady and a second opinion said that I had no spots on my teeth that would require fillings to avoid root canal.

I had an great experience here. It has been several years since I've been seen because honestly who really likes going to the dentist? The office staff is excellent, my hygienist was gentle and sweet, Dr. G took his time to explain to me in depth what treatments I need and answered every question I had. I haven't had a pleasant dental experience that Bright Smiles offered in many year. I highly recommend this office.

I could not say enough good things about this office. My tooth started hurting late, I filled out an online appointment request. The owner him self got ahold of me (at 8:30 at night) and made sure I was able to get seen the next day. Then helped me set up an appointment with an oral surgeon. Venky and his staff are hands down the best. Thank y'all so much.

This office is a scam!! The first time I stepped foot into the office I asked the standard blanket statement, "Does your office accept my insurance?" I passed my card to the woman behind the counter she looked at it and replied with a, "Yes!" Is it just me, but doesn't that basically mean without actually saying it.....is my insurance within your network?!? Well, it wasn't until things went south, did they finally decide to tell that I have been out of network this entire time! And when I reminded the head Dr. at the office of the question I asked the first time I came he replied,"Well yes, we accept all insurances, but whether you are in or out of network is a different question." Uuumm, not it's not!!!! That question means......Am I in your network!?! Basically what happened is that Dr. Roman Cibirka told me he was going to rebuild a tooth. I asked him for a quote and he told me it was only going to cost me a little over $200 to fix it. Before I left the office that day, I paid the total upfront. Made the appointment, came in, and he worked on a complelty different tooth!!!! He decided to give me a partial crown without my concent! It was a tooth I had an old cavity in, but never asked or was told that what he was going to be doing. That tooth was fine!!! I had to come back for the final "cap" (which they canceled on me 5 different times), and when I finally came in to get it that's when they dropped the bomb that I was out of network and I owed them over a GRAND!!! Yeah ..not only that had no recollection of the original $200 some dollars I paid upfront!! Don't go here!! They still made me pay over $600 to finally get the cap on the tooth that wasn't even supposed to be worked on!! Screw this place and everyone who works there. Scam artist!! Also, surprised surprise....guess what doc is no longer working there now.....YUP Dr. Roman. Wonder why?!??
