I am so thankful that Dr. J was the person who answered our emergency phone call and did the work on my husband. He is patient and kind with a great bedside manner. He took care of us at a very stressful moment and I couldn't have hoped for better. As my husband would say, "what was your name again?" (inside joke with Dr. J)

Very fast and friendly service. Dr J was great from start to finish. Getting me in quick when my tooth broke. I was in pain all night and with their emergency service I was able to get in the same day. Thank you Dr. J for helping me in my time of need.

Needed a tooth pulled because it was infected and hurting and I was fortunate enough to find this dentist office who got me in within an hour of calling them. It didn't take him long at all to pull the tooth out either! I would recommend 100% if you're in pain and need to get a tooth pulled fast!

I spent $2400 on a root canal to have another dentist tell me the root canal didn't take and the tooth needed to be extracted a year later.

I called every dentist I possibly could and Bright smile was the only that could get me in I had to have a Emergency Extraction and boy am I glad I chose them because they were awesome, getting my tooth out was a tough one but they did awesome!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

It was today, Saturday morning, I was in a lot of pain. had an emergency from tooth breaking, I have high anxiety and it's dental work. I called several dental after hours places, Bright Smiles included. Dr Eli Jarjoura was the first to get back to me within minutes. I explained to him about my anxiety, he said no problem, so I headed to Edmond not knowing what was going to happen. Once there, I was taken care of very well. He listened to what I wanted and understood me financially on where I wanted to go. I'm very happy with his professionalism and promptness. Thank you so much Dr Eli and his assistant for helping me.

I cannot give this place enough stars. I have had some pretty awful experiences in the past with dentists and bright smile has made me feel safe and comfortable again. Thank you guys so much.

Dentist hung up in when I was asking about emergency services. I just needed a cap reglued but he said he needed to do extra tests. I said I understand but what is the minimum cost just to flush area and reglue cap back on because I wasn't looking for any other work done. I told him my cap is back In place and nothing feels wrong, so I understand there may be a problem I don't know about but for today I just want the cap glued back on. I again asked him what would be the cost for him to come in on a Sunday and to reglue it. ( as I have dental insurance that I would use and schedule an appointment during normal hours if other work was needed) He got upset and said he can't tell that and hung up on me. After this short conversation and then reading what others have said I would NOT I repeat DO NOT use this dentist unless you have no other options! Very unprofessional people skills and no understand that of a family on a tight budget!! Which I let him know on a text before he called me that I need a better quote as I didn't want to waste his time or mine time by having him come in on a Sunday and then telling me a cost I couldn't afford!!

My 80 year old mother had severe tooth pain on the weekend. After contacting other "emergency" dentists only to be told she would need to wait until Monday, I found Bright Smile. They got us in within two hours of contact and was able to help my mom feel so much better. They were patient, kind and very understanding. I would highly recommend.

Cannot say enough great things about our experience here with Dr. J. My mom has been in the process of getting an implant for over 2 years with another dentist office and lots of money. At 10PM on a SATURDAY we had a late dinner after Christmas shopping she bit into something hard breaking her tooth. In complete panic and stress over the loss of a very long road of fixing this tooth I searched high and low coming across Bright Smile. They have their 24 hour emergency line. We called and were in to the dentist before 11PM! Not only did he fix her tooth, he fixed ALL of her teeth in 1 procedure that the other dentist quoted triple the price with no warranty. She cried tears of joy when she left the dentist today. Saying that for the first time in forever she is happy to smile big, and her teeth look like they did when she was in her 20's.

I am an established patient there. I had a bad tooth ache and I was in a lot of pain. The receptionist Crissa never called to say if I could get in. I had to call her back only for her to say I was going to call you this afternoon and let you know he could not see you. HELLO i am in pain. I called back and spoke with a male and he told me I would have to pay $150-200 to come in because the dentist only works 8-12. Again I am an established patient. Definitley pulling my family of 6 out there. This is not the kind of service I am used to and just moved here :(

The main concern for the dental staff is whether or not you are in pain. They figure out the best/easiest/cheapest way to resolve the issue causing pain. Everyone did excellent work and I was well taken care of! The emergency after hours care I received was a life saver.

Needed an after-hours emergency dentist and this office did great to get me right in and take care of my emergency. Visit was painless and quick. Thankful for such an easy process.

Got to give a thumbs up to these guys. Had an emergency visit with my wife. They took amazing care of her. Was in an out in less than an hour. If anyone is needing an emergency dentist, give them a call. Very reasonable prices even though it was 9pm. Thank you for being a Great Place of business.

Dr. J and his staff are amazing. They got me in today for an emergency appointment. Turns out I needed a root canal. He could have just pulled the tooth and sent me away; I would have been happy. But Dr. J called an oral surgeon to HIS OFFICE so I wouldn't have to leave. I got there at noon and was out the door by 2:00 with a successful root canal and amazing service. And he saved me over $1000 from the last time I had a root canal and crown. They have earned a patient for life. I cannot recommend them enough!

Thanks Dr. Jarjoura, helped me when all other clinics said no. I'm an out of town truck driver and was in excruciating pain. Got me in and out today, a Sunday, without question.

Just had emergency tooth extraction at Bright Smiles. On July 4, no less. I'm so grateful to Dr. Jarjoura and his assistant, Joe, for seeing me today and making the process and procedure quick and painless. They were polite, professional and compassionate. I would recommend Bright Smiles Edmond to anyone.
