Dr. Urell is a fantastic dentist! He does amazing work and is very personable and understanding. All of the staff is wonderful, too! Both Carrie and Elisha are tremendously talented and knowledgeable and work very well under pressure. Hannah and Angie are both excellent patient coordinators - they are very friendly and organized, they always greet you with a 'bright smile', and they always make sure the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed. They do an outstanding job! What really sets this office apart is how willing everyone is to go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They make you feel like you're not just another patient, but a member of the family. Thank you so much and keep up all the great work!

I had broken a wisdom tooth, reached out to Bright Smile actually in the early morning hours probably 2 or 3 am online through their website seeing if they could help me with this situation. I did receive a notification that they could. I received a call not long after they opened and able to be seen that mid afternoon. The entire staff were amazing, pleasant and helpful. Dr Kim as well! Great dentist office. Everyone in the office is very caring and extremely nice. The dentist has the patients best interest in mind. Dr Cheung spent extra time on a procedure because it was in the best interest of his patient, when he could have went another way and been done much sooner. Thank you.

I'm typically one who is terrified of going to the dentist but Bright Smile Dental was wonderful. Everyone in there from the ladies at the front desk to the dental assistants and the doctors themselves were amazing! They put my mind at ease and explained everything in great detail. Whether you're getting a teeth cleaning, tooth extraction, wisdom teeth removed or anything else I highly recommend this place!

I grew up having family in dentistry and was worried upon my move from home that I wouldn't find a place that was similar to that "family/at home" feeling - I'm glad the Bright Smile team proved me wrong. From day 1 I have received nothing but excellent care from each member of this team. The doctors walk you through every single part of your treatment and the dental assisting team always knows how to brighten your day - such seamless integration in treatment I always feel like there is an expert in the room. The treatment coordinators are always prepared and make scheduling quick, easy, and hassle free. At Bright Smile I feel understood, cared for, and like family. Everyone at Bright Smile Dental has been wonderful! I've had several things done there and they continue to go above and beyond other dental practices I've gone to in the past. I've had some past very bad experiences, but the staff here have put me at ease and made it possible to take care of my teeth without ending up sick from stress! They are definitely a 'diamond in the rough!'

Dr. Cheung is amazing at what he does. He is a perfectionist and that's exactly what you want in a dentist. Aside from being a great dentist he also has a big heart. I have had great work done there and have recommended my friends and family. If you are looking for a dentist I certainly recommend Dr. Cheung!!

Most complete cleaning I've ever had. Dr Kim and the staff are so nice and explain things well. Highly recommend! Been there 3 times now. Dental work is great and they go above and beyond on their services. Very aware of your comfort and reassurance during procedures.

I can not adequately express my gratitude for the care I have received from Bright Smile! Everyone in the office-from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists and specialists-always greeted me warmly-remembering details from previous conversations no matter how much time had passed between visits and provided me with excellent care. I felt listened to and supported in overcoming my fears as I went through the dental implant process. This staff made themselves available whenever I needed questions answered irregardless of the time of day or what day it was. I truly appreciate the care and the quality of the work I received and I highly recommend the Bright Smile office!
