This place is amazing! Everyone from dentist to nurses are absolutely so nice. Came in for an emergency abstraction, ended up needing 2 the dentist was so gentle I couldnt feel a thing. This place will deff be getting my bussiness from now

I booked my appointment for today a month ago. While booking the appointment I entered my insurance and other information. The appointment was confirmed. Then I come in to my appointment only to be told they do not accept my dental insurance, that's after it was confirmed for my appointment a month ago. This is ridiculous. A complete waste of time. I've now waited over a month to just be turned away at the time of my appointment. When they confirmed my appointment a month ago it should have been told to me that they don't accept my Insurance. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Didn't care the service there and the fact that when I choose a better dental office because of there service and prices I had to pay for my dental x-rays to be released. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go to this Brightside Dental or any location.

They X-rays and sent me home with three cavities and needing a root canal with hole in my back upper teeth I had to go to another dentist three weeks later where they fixed me up and wondered why they didn't tell me but they charged my insurance no company for a black customer.

This place is amazing! Friendly and caring staff that really care about their patients! I had a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted. After a horrible experience with an emergency dentist on sunday, they got me in first thing Monday morning! They didn't put me through a painful exam, they went right to solving the problem before putting me through anymore unnecessary pain! They were very gentle, caring, and affordable! I was quoted over $1300 from the emergency dentist and Bright Side only charged $298! The best experience I have ever had with a dentist and I will never go anywhere else! Dr. Nassar is the best!

I absolutely love going to this specific location to see Dr. Adam. I drive all the way from northville and it is 100% worth it! His assistant Madison is awesome too she always makes me feel comfortable and she is friendly. The manager Frankie is super helpful and always around! Will continue going there forever

If you ask if they take your insurance they will say YES even if it's not in Their "network. Cost me thousands out of pocket. Totally miss leading money hungry people don't trust them. Make sure you ask if your insurance is in network with them.

Best dental office around hands down!!!! The dentist's and the staff are awesome especially Nicole Trottier!!! Very friendly and very professional!!! If you've never been here you definitely need to go!!! Highly recommend!!!

This is the most caring, clean and professional dentist office I've ever been too! In a painful time of necessary emergency dental care, Heather Dupuie, an employee of Bright Side, helped my husband AND myself get an appointment and relieve the pain we were in. We were treated like people not a # and there was no judgment about the condition our teeth were in. Heather even held my hand as they pulled my tooth. These are truly AMAZING people

I had the worst toothache and infected tooth for the last few weeks. I went to a different dentist today, I was turned away because the pain and my anxiety had my blood pressure through the roof. I found Bright Side Dental on my google search and they gave me an appointment immediately. When I arrived my blood pressure was still HIGH! Dr Adam and the staff worked with me, they helped me relax and I was set to have the tooth extracted. Thank you so much Dr Adam and the rest of the Bright Side Dental for not turning me away today. I don't think i could have gone another day with that pain.

After 9 months of dealing with pain and having my crown bite adjusted (not exaggerating) like 8 times, Dr. Adam assured me he'd help. He replaced my crown and I can finally eat on that side again. The assistants are always great too! Tiffany was super nice and there are a few others that I really appreciate but can't remember their names. I am glad I was scheduled with Dr Adam, otherwise I think I would've been stuck having my bite adjusted 100 more times and still be in pain.

Everything about this dentist office is amazing! Dr Adam was the best doctor! He makes you feel so comfortable and did a beautiful job on my crown!! Nicole at the front desk bent over backwards for me with a smile on her face! She's so sweet and helpful!! She set me up with appointments when it was difficult with my schedule and helped me with a stressful situation of not having insurance. I won't be going anywhere else now and would highly recommend this office for your dental needs!

Bright Side Dental helped me get back on track with my smile. I do not enjoy getting dental work done but Heather and Dr. Adam explained everything and made me feel comfortable during my root canal and fillings.

Truly the best dental office I've been too! Dr. Adam was absolutely amazing! I've had the same dentist at another practice for about 15 years, but I will now be switching to Dr. Adam because of how great my experience was. I came in last week with the worst tooth pain I've ever had and they took me in that same day! The entire staff is so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I was very nervous because I never had to have a root canal but I was blown away by how gentle Dr. Adam was. He made sure I was comfortable and eased my anxiety and I was surprised at how painless and comfortable my procedure was, it was more comfortable and painless than cleanings I've had in the past at my previous dental office. Dr. Adam and his staff are so patient and kind and truly care about making you feel comfortable and that type of care is very rare to find! I now recommend Bright Side Dental and Dr.Adam to everyone! I am so thankful I found them!

Immediately after scheduling an appointment, I was efficiently sent a reminder and a link to questionnaire forms to complete from my smart phone, saving me time. Assistant Raquel was very knowledgeable and efficient, and Dr. Adam Jankovich was a gentleman, very patient, and did such a great job that I didn't need to use any pain relievers after having a root canal and prep for a crown. I highly recommend the St. Clair Shores Bright Side Dental for all you dental needs!
