Was very scared when I went in today but the doctors and aids was very helpful with relaxing me. Dr. Popyk and Dr. Elturk was amazing quick and fast with no pain. With the help of Lexie and Sam my visit with Bright side dental was overall amazing.

Let me just say they're freaking awesome! My regular dental office wanted me to wait for a month for an extraction that was causing me excruciating pain. I called Bright Side Dental they got me in same day. Greeted me and made me feel comfortable like I was already a patient. Dr. El Turic was very friendly and gave me multiple options on what I needed to do as far as my tooth. He took my tooth out with ease! Samantha made sure I was numb and ready to go. The machinery and tools were high tech and they visually showed me everything they saw. Needless to say I will be changing offices and continue my care at Bright Side Dental. Also, thank you to Samantha and Lexie for assisting me, providing aftercare and making me comfortable.

I was so afraid to go to the dentist but my wisdom tooth where acting up had to be extracted and I was terrified of the pain but briteside dental did their best to make sure I felt nothing thanks to Dr Elturk and MO his assistant eased my fear and I was able to have 2 wisdom tooth pulled no pain and they made sure to supply me with pain medication just in case so use I would recommend them to anyone

I really hate going to the dentist because it's always painful. But after going here they did make it as painless and comfortable as possible. Customer service is really outstanding here. Really want to shout out Davina (sp?), Dr. Hall, and Shamari for the great experience!!

I was extremely wary of dentists before my experience with Dr. Elturk. I had previously had a terrible experience with a root canal that spanned over three years and three different doctors... and this autumn the root canal flared up again. If the abscess i developed hadn't made me look like i was hoarding golf balls in my cheek i probably wouldn't have made an appointment. All of the appointments that followed however, were good. I had no trouble scheduling appointments, there was always an availability that worked with my schedule. Kristin at reception is friendly and organized, and its just nice to see her when i come in...always puts me at ease right away. Dr. Elturk is easy going and he explains everything to you on your level. It really put me at ease to know what he was doing, why he was doing it and how things were coming along. He's also very gentle.. and this man pulled a large tooth out of my jaw...so that's REALLY saying something. His assistant, Ky was awesome too, very kind and receptive. I have to mention as well... my second appointment included a cleaning and a cavity fill.. i was very nervous and had considered getting anesthesia (says something about how much anxiety i have with dental stuff). I actually started crying and shaking because i was so nervous ( very embarrassing) The staff noticed right away; Dr. E reassured me and suggested i use the gas (don't know the technical term). Specifically Gayle came over with tissues and consoled me, and actually managed to get me laughing. Dr. E didn't get started until i felt entirely comfortable and ready to proceed. If you have any inhibitions about going, i'm telling you its worth the try. They are, however terribly expensive.

Every time I visit this office I feel at ease because I am in the care of some truly amazing professionals. Dr Elturk always makes me feel like my health and my teeth are his first priority and his team like Nicole and Jessica just to name a few are always there to make me me feel cared for.

So pleased I found DR.Patel & assistant Sky. Both of these ladies made my visit so pleasant. I love how friendly & caring Dr.Patel is. She was very informative and let me know the complete steps durning my root canal treatment. Not sure how long Dr Patel & Sky have been working together but the two were absolutely wonderful to/for me. I'm so thankful I now have a new dentist family. Thank you ladies for everything and I look forward to seeing you soon. Well Sky anyway. Congrats and good luck to you Dr Patel on the birth of your baby. I look forward to hearing all about your little one when you return. Top notch service!! Thank you

My experience at BrightSide was very bright Dr.Elturk pulled my wisdom tooth in the bottom. Friday I will be coming back for the top. Thank you to his lovely assistants Alex & Sam. Also, to Ronya for my teeth cleaning thank you guys very much!! 10/10

Man y'all are GOATS every single staff member was kind and respectful I'd like to thank Dr.Elturk who pulled my wisdom teeth I didn't even know he was pulling it that's how great he did along with Nichole another wonderful person that made it all easier perfect duo... they made my experience enjoyable didn't think I could enjoy getting my teeth pulled out but they made me so comfortable and made sure I was ok the whole time. The women at the front desk AJ Nd Lexie I believe their names were very kind as well was greeted with smiles throughout the whole building and look foward to coming back to get the left side removed there are names I cannot remember but everyone I dealt with in this office(sep 28th 2022) was friendly very professional and great all around thank you again. My experience was so great if I could give you another 5 stars I would you guys were awesome

Dr. Hall and Shamari took very good care of me for my root canal. Upon coming in I informed them that I am not good with needles and can sometimes pass out when I get stuck. I told them that talking helps, so both of them proceeded to calm and relax me by chatting and making everything so easy I didn't even realize he had already given me the numbing shot. The root canal was long and exhausting but they made the entire process very pleasant. They continuously made adjustments for my comfort and did a thorough job. I felt extremely comfortable the entire time. They were professional, pleasant, and charming. They even turned on my favorite band for me to listen to throughout the whole process. I'd recommend them to anyone I know and say I have never had a better experience at the dentist. If you have issues with anxiety, these are the people to see. They dealt with it beautifully. Dishonest is their motto; the new client special is a scam where they try to add more costs than $95. When I was in the waiting room, another lady was complaining about them charging her $3000 for nothing. Be careful
