Great staff and Doctors! They are always able to get me in for last minute emergency appointments. Dr. Whitaker is always kind and gentle, definitely recommend coming here!

Please allow me a moment to explain myself a little,, I am a middle aged lady that has a fear of dentist, growing up my dad took me to a nice older man Dr. Tapp on occasions, when I had to go (a problem/cavity) so a fear of dentist developed as a child, my mother was not into dental care for herself let alone me, so as an adult I continued to date to follow the no dentist way of life, in order words,I neglected myself until the need arose and recently here I was again, problem, (I was in great pain for a week before deciding I waited to long and knowing I had to desperately search for a dentist having no insurance until February 01, and little funds to see someone I don't know nor trust while in pain oh the ANXIETY, now add fear of dentist and not to mention the anger at myelf as I'm desperately trying to find someone. While exhausted and fed up I gave up for the night and as I closed my tabs for the night an ad came up "free exam and X-ray" that caught my eye Dental house of Waterford apon clicking sent myself the link and called them the next morning, I told them exactly what was going on before I went and I'm coming for free exams and X-ray because I have a problem and I'm in pain, the girl said she'd schedule me. When I got there they did the exam and one X-ray only a machine that rotates 360 degrees, the dentist came in and says I need my wisdom tooth pulled, I questioned him and told him "God doesnt usually put me in places he doesn't want me and if I am somewhere He doesn't want me to be He will tell me" But, the doctor insisted he was sure its my wisdom tooth, then said to the girl with us to give Zithromax and motrin script, and schedule me for the next week as he would be out of town, leaving the country. I instantly had a bad feeling about that alone, we are experiencing COVID and it's seemingly never-ending variants and the office asks me to sign a COVID waiver asking if I've left the country in the kast 14 days, but the doctor doesn't have to tell you if he's left the country in the last 14 days, and something like dental surgery I'm glad he did say it, leaving me questioning the office, that night I sit down to look up dentist again, I needed at best a second opinion and now just a few days before my insurance begins I found on maps just like anyone reading this Bright Side Dental. $35 X-ray and exams so I call, the sweetest girl answered, she scheduled me the next day and promised they wouldn't leave me in pain. I get there and everyone is so nice, good group of people, all of them from walking in to checking out, really these days you don't feel that sense alot anymore. They did the 360 machine too, and a full set of X-rays they couldn't see a wisdom tooth, and even retook one looking for a wisdom tooth, not there, oh okay ..... Then I get to meet DR. WHITAKER she's a caring, compassionate, sweet, funny, young woman, she and her entire office erased that fear in me, although anxious about the procedure when I left I knew I'd be okay, she showed me my last molar needed extracted and why and yesterday she and Kyleigh ( sorry if misspelled) did an amazing job and I wasn't even in to much pain today. God Bless them, I will keep them forever, as I found out the day before extraction they take my new insurance, Amen, thank you Jesus.. I hope I am of help to anyone looking for a dentist for any reason, Brite Side is my dentist for now on. God Bless for reading.

Super nice staff, not judgmental at all even though I had not gotten a cleaning in a while. They had really good tech so the cleaning was quick and painless. Great experience!

Today was our first visit and I was truly impressed! I have a 5 year old and 6 year old who are very curious and talkative. Our hygienist Erin, was SO amazing! She was truly helpful and did an amazing job. Dr. Whitaker was also a pleasure! All of my concerns were addressed and we will be returning for our cleanings. Thank you to the entire staff for being so kind to my family!

I have anxiety and was scared it's been years since I've been. To the dentist the girls there made me feel so comfortable, didn't shame me for how long it had been and were very good about pain tolerance very wonderful experience it was painless and fast I absolutely would recommend this office.

From the time of my appointment scheduling I experienced nothing but the best customer service! This is a treatment that is appreciated when your in some of the worse pain of your life! Thank you to Dr. Whitaker and Alec sooo muchhhhh! They worked with me through my anxiety and fear! I appreciate this sooo muchhhhh you guys are awesome

Amazing staff and atmosphere! Excellent doctors who take the time to get to know their patients and their concerns. I highly recommend seeing BOTH doctors! I'm recommending all my friends and family to them!

This was such a pleasant experience for my 87 year old mother. She was tired from all the appointments I took her to earlier in the day and we missed our 2:30 appointment. Katie got us in for a 4:00 which made Mom's day even longer and she was stressed about missing the earlier appointment. They were so kind and welcoming to us when we arrived and Mom immediately relaxed once she met Erin the hygienist. She made Mom laugh, talked to her with genuine interest and was so calming. Mom said that was the most fun she ever had at the dentist and talked about how sweet Erin was all the way back to her nursing home. I can't thank Erin and Katie enough for making my Mom's long day have such a sweet, happy ending.

My family and I had a few bad experiences with other dental offices so we were nervous about trying a new one. This place turned out to be great!!! The staff and the dentist were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this dental office!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this office. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I initially started going to this office after neglecting my teeth/appointments in college and not once did I ever feel judged for the condition of my teeth. Dr. max also did my wisdom tooth removal in office, which was pain and stress free. I am now currently doing Invisalign and they have been very attentive throughout the process and are always accommodating if there are adjustments to be made. I don't have a single negative thing to say. I would highly recommend this office to all of my friends and family.

Who are you going to call when you have tooth pain in a pandemic and over the holidays?! Bright Side Dental, that's who. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. They are up front about costs and offer ways to help payments(if need be). I personally have chair anxiety and poor dental habits which caused my emergency start visit with them. I had a deep cleaning done and the hygienist(I forgot her name, which makes me feel the worst) made the worst visit actually enjoyable. Her bed side manners are 100%. She has not judge me on my habits and just wants to help me get back on track. Her tips worked and in my follow up she could already see improvement. Dr. Whitaker is the first dentist that sent a personal handwritten letter in the mail after firsts visit (it's literally on my fridge). Her care for her patience is something I've never experienced before and I am forever thankful I have found a place like Bright Side Dental. 100%would recommend and go again.

Great place to go. They are the best. I am a chicken when it comes to dentists due to a bad experience. They are all great and restored my faith. If you have high anxiety like I do you will not be disappointed in this place.
