Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

The front desk staff are very rude. I got braces but wasn't happy with my smile now the doctor is saying that I should get braces back they told me there where going to give me a call back to tell me about the prices and I haven't got a call back. I'll never go back with this dentist again I will switch to another one.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was a new patient. First of all the girl in the front office is cold, uncaring, RUDE and unwilling to assist, even a New Patient. I was told to show up 30 mins early for appt(as I did). she proceeded to tell me I can not be seen at this office because it states I have not been assigned to This office. OK - sooooo I asked what do I do... she said "I Don't Know" but you can not be seen here. I said can you call - she NOoooooo I won't call. I said OK I will call....I stood there and got the insurance issue resolved in time for my appt at 10:30am (I got there at 10am) I WAS THE ONLY PATIENT IN THE OFFICE. A girl took me back and took an Xray of my soar tooth. I sat in the chair listening to a conversation in the other room (the dentist and a sales person??) the conversation went on and on - as I sat there waiting to be seen. I waited until 11am (I had to get back to work) I went up front and asked the girls if there was a dentist in the office yet. They all LOOKED at me and said with a smirk "YES"... I stated I had to get back to work. I continued to wait in the chair and then decided THAT IF THIS IS HOW THEY ARE GOING TO TREAT A NEW PATIENT FORGET IT. My time and My Money deserve RESPECT!!!! NO WONDER THERE WHERE "NO PATIENTS" IN THE OFFICE. BE FOR WARNED OF THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Treatment was pointless, my daughter got orthodontist treatment and at the end of it, she was told she needed an implant and extraction and there was nothing else that could be done. Some pending fees came up before removal of braces, not sure why since I had all payments on automatic withdrawal from bank account and it had been six months since I paid off for the treatment. Dental assistant and dentist in charge of braces removal were very rude and rough to my daughter. I wonder if they do this to minors because the parents aren't inside the dental room. Very bad experience, I don't recommend this place for ortho.

All staff at this facility is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Dr. Patel makes you feel very comfortable, as does the staff. The remodeled facility is warm and welcoming. I am pleased to be able to receive treatment here.

The dentist is good maybe even excellent. Can't remember his name but he's middle eastern. The problem is it's a chain and they are more like a used car sales lot. They push deep cleanings as they get paid much much more and really don't do a regular cleaning.....weird but no normal dental hygienist cleaning. In fact, I was presented with a proposal and asked to take out a credit card to get my teeth cleaned. I guess this is how poor people dentistry works, again really weird! The place is dirty and unless they can make a lot of money off you, you'll wait along time. The dentist is too good for this place and should move on. Can't believe people actually put up with this type of care, they're are much better dental offices that take Medi-Cal. Run don't walk away from here!

Terrible place , the dentist did a fake deep clean I've been on a On going fight with the insurance due to it . I'm addition to that even after paying off my bill they sent it to collections . What a terrible place ! They know they are taking advantage of people and being straight shady !

I had a very bad experience with Bright now Dental Wilmington. I went there to have my denture fixed because it is broken when it fall. I had an appointment. They fixed it by attaching it with some kind of glue or something. This happens only recently. They talked me up to have a new denture which I agree after so much thought. So they prepare the impression. I deposited $100 dollars. The following day, I lost my job so I called them right away to cancel the new denture telling them that I don't think I will push through with it because of my situation. They agreed, they did not return the deposit which is okey for me but after several months, they send me a bill for $779 I believe which they said is for the technician who prepare the impression. Almost $800 dollars for an impression that I don't believe has been done right away. This clinic is a scam. I also read in one review that this happens to another person. With what is happening right now, this clinic is taking advantage of people who already is in a very difficult situation. This should not be happening.
