Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Wonderful experience. The office is run so efficiently. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They did my full initial exam, repaired a few cavities, and did a deep cleaning all in the first visit. They set up future plans for my needs and did all the insurance issues for me. I am so happy I went here!

What I don't like is they don't come and tell the parents anything they discuss it with the children and ask them all the questions and don't tell you to go back I half to just go on my own back there the kids tex and tell me come back cause there asking and telling then things they don't know all they want to talk about is how much stuff is with explaining anything and they always want to make it seem insurance don't cover anything and you need to pay out of pocket then when you bring up insurance it's a different story I feel they just try to get money out of you

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The dentist and hygienist were very nice.. Until I said I was not ready to do the deep cleaning. I was not prepared to spend that much money at the time and the regular cleaning would be fine for now. Instead of respecting my wishes the Hygienist was badgering me to have this done NOW, even after I told her I was not ready and just wanted the cleaning. Instead of arguing with her I walked out. I felt she was not going to let up and not respect my wishes. I would have re-scheduled for the deep cleaning and add the additional treatments at another time. I needed time to figure out the finance. As nice as she was in the beginning, as soon as I did not do as she wanted on her timetable she was relentless. I would not recommend this office, for one reason alone, she is the only Hygienist in that office. Karen M

The doctor is okay but the wait times are ridiculous. If you're short staffed then arrange appointments accordingly. Waiting 2 hours to get into the chair for a simple cleaning is absurd. It almost seems like they have no regard for your time.

I had developed the sever tooth pain couple of days ago and called the my dental office in Pico Rivera for appointment. To my surprise the girl at the desk told me come over there right now if you so desire. In half an hour I was there Dr. Joseph check me and referred me to a specialist in his network with an appointment just two days apart in W. Covina office. It was nice and big relief. Thanks to Dr. Joseph and his team.

Most unprofessional dental office and the staffs are not helpful. They just make you sit and wait and doesn't even update on status. Only thing they do is sit and gossip together. I have visited. Had to wait for 1hour 30mins to be called in even after the appointment which was made 6 months ago and then more wait after being called inside. Would not recommend anyone to come at this place.

When I first brought my daughter here. They told me my daughter would need some type of work and would cost x amount. Not knowing I had an option for the insurance to cover it! When I mentioned it, they were like oh yeah but it would be better if you choose this option. Luckily my husband was like no do not pay, the insurance should cover something like that! Just recently my daughter was due for routine 6 month cleaning. So the first appointment was rescheduled because my husband and daughter waited one hour and a half and we're still not seen! When they went in on their rescheduled date, my daughter had her cleaning but did not do X-ray because they were running really behind and would have to wait over 30min to see the tech. So they scheduled another appointment just for X-ray. That's three appointments for one simple cleaning/routine appointment! Definitely need to find another dentist!!

I went there for a regular check up and everything was fine. I also wanted a cleaning and when I refused the extra stuff that my insurance didn't cover the woman helping me said that the cleaning my insurance covered wouldn't benefit me at all! They wanted to charge me an additional $550 but since I chose to go with what my insurance covered and not pay anything out of pocket they didn't do the cleaning. They said the dentist was gone and I had to set another appointment for the cleaning. I told her I was off on Fridays and she said the dentist was only available Monday through Thursday. I asked if she could set an appointment for another location and she said no. She said I had to go to the other location and be seen by that dentist and basically do the process all over. It doesn't make sense this was a waste of time and now I have to miss another day of work simply because of their terrible business practices.

Not happy 2 weeks ago i went in and made appointment for regular check up i get there and they made me appointment for braces waited just so they can tell me they have to reschedule because they have no opening Its hard to find a good dentist to know what they are doing. Its there mistake they should have fit me i. Some where.

The root canal specialist was awesome! Had to get my temp crown and the lady dropped it then picked it up and sprayed it with cavi-side. And I asked if she was going to used it and she answered yes. I told her she is not putting that in my mouth. I work at a hospital I know what caviside is used for. That's just gross. Makes me wonder if the supplies are even clean. She also took over an hour to get my temp right. Also, this morning half of it fell off.

Beware! They will do a service without your consent. I asked for a simple deep cleaning service and few months later I got a bill of $600+. When I called my insurance, they said they only paid deep cleaning and what ever they did. They cannot provide a paperwork to proof that I needed an additional service.

I have no problem with the Staff here. They are all friendly. The only problem I have is with the lab where dentures, partials, and crowns are made. They do pretty shoddy work. Every time I get an appliance made, I have to have several adjustments made to make it comfortable to wear and function properly. Other than that, offices are clean, staff is friendly and courteous and will answer any questions

Staff was very efficient and personable. My main concern was extra services that I did not want were being thrust at me. Overall it was a good experience especially from the Dentist and technicians, accompanied with a good dose of humor.
