Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. My husband went there and did not have a good experience. He said they told him they were understaffed. He had to wait several hours just for xrays. He didn't even get the chance to see the Dr. The experience was so negative he prefers to have his xrays sent to another location! Unprofessional!

Excellent staff, hands down. When it comes to the wait? Bring your blanket and pj's because you will be here for awhile. Appointment was for 11:30 am, I left at 1:30 pm. And all I received was a cleaning . I had to make another appointment for my crown. Love the service but I don't want to spend the night.

They don't respect patients time. I went in for my first appointment to get checked up, they let me know that i'll need another appointment for cleaning evaluation and getting my cavity filled, so they booked me for a month out. Someone called a couple days before my appointment to tell me that i'll need to be rescheduled and wait another month. ridiculous.

I am a new client at bright now dental and I wanted to come on to tell everyone how friendly and helpful the staff is Frank at the front office was very welcoming and once I was called in Alexis really made my visit fun. With her bubbly and fun personality, I was calm during the whole experience and best of all I felt no pain. I am so glad that this is now my dental office and I would highly recommend Bright now dental in Lancaster CA.

I am a 14 year old taking the time to write a review about a dentist (so clearly it's a good place). There's a lady there named Alexis and she's very kind and empathetic. As a black person, I've never more felt more comfortable in a dentist/health place than I have when she's there. The other staff is great! But I most definitely feel more comfortable with her helping me most of the time. She always makes sure I'm ok and she always makes sure I'm satisfied with the work they've done afterwards. I can tell she's really passionate about dental work and a very hardworking woman. I wish her the best and hope to see her the next time I'm there. Thank you, Alexis!

I absolutely love this dental office. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Right away I was greeted by Christella and she was completely amazing and able to answer all my questions. My daughter and I have been going for the last couple a months for braces and general dental visits and she's made us feel comfortable at every appointment. I highly recommend this place as the Drs and techs are all great!

The receptionist at the front desk could have been more friendlier but there was this wonderful assistant in the back that cleaned my son's teeth she was very gentle she explained everything she was totally awesome and in my opinion she was the only one with a positive attitude even the the dentist was a little short. But the lady that cleaned my son's teeth and I wish I could remember her name she was super awesome and it's only because of her that I'm giving them a four stars

Do not go here I do t know how they have 4 Stars but don't go here. All they ever want to do is rootcanels and caps they don't ever do fillings anymore and expect you pay out of pocket because your insurance won't cover hiw they word what you need. They are very rude.

I been taking my son here for 11 years the dentist are amazing it's the front office that can use some help they never answer the phone and when they do they place you on hold forever, canceled my sons appointment and didn't call to let us know and have not rescheduled him for a new one , i been calling with no luck it seems like going in would be the best option at this point

The nurse and the front desk people were very understanding I loved that their were patient with my mom's insurance acting up so we got it straightened out, the dentist was okay and kind but the gum specialist was rude what's going on you I do floss maybe not the correctly and she just made me feel very inferior and just unwelcome so avoid this place if you can even though the nurses are awesome.

The office staff was compassionate and understanding of my situation. Haven't seen dentist in 20yrs. Knew I needed work done and was afraid. They won't $3288.00 To pull 2 teeth,add bone, scale & laser clean teeth They also offer. Yearly subscription for $79.00 that cover X-ray & office visits

All of your professionals encouraged me to feel comfortable. To begin, the gentlemen who took my xrays was polite, reassuring, and efficient. The Orthodontists are Cool And Do Their Job Just Fine, The Front Desk Employees Are The Ones I Have Problems With, They Tend to Have a bad attitude, Don't Do their Job right, I was In There One Time waiting for a Monthly Orthodontist Check Up And Took an Hour Just Because The Front Desk People Didnt Inform Or Notify me,
