Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I'm happy and feel comfortable with this office of Bright Dental Now, everyone is professional and attentive. Dr. Kim is very careful, his hand is very soft, very careful with the anesthesia he just give you enough for the treatment. I like that. Today I went for a cleaning and The Dr. Kim is always nice and careful.

Bad. -Dr. Kim finished the one side of the deep cleaning ( Aka two quadrants) in FIVE minutes. He refused to provide regular cleaning and stated deep cleaning is needed. Don't go to this place for regular dental care is my recommendation.

My experience was the same as this one so I left without the $1500 cleaning , only 8 months since my last cleaning and my old Dr. never had a 1500 dollar cleaning. Time to leave California I think too much of this stuff. -Dr. Kim finished the one side of the deep cleaning ( Aka two quadrants) in FIVE minutes. He refused to provide regular cleaning and stated deep cleaning is needed. Don't go to this place for regular dental care is my recommendation.

We went in for appointment and they had us wait a long time for the dentist to come to check me I feel that they treat low income people with dentiy -cal different then the rest of the people that are able to pay more out of pocket sad they need to treat every one with out discrepancy but it is nice and clean

I don't like the fact that this dental office does not keep true to their word or are always changing their story when, asked about their procedures or terms for the services I needed concerning my son's braces. This office is unprofessional, I always leave this office with an attitude so, I will not be bringing my son back!

I had so much work done lily was amazing on taking my X-rays and Mary was very helpful as well making sure I was ok and the dentist he took X-ray to make sure my root canal was done he gave me glasses to the light wouldn't bother my eyes this location and staff was truly amazing and I believe did your job and even went above and beyond thank you very much

I've been here more than once. This place is amazing the doctor who performed my oral surgery was absolutely the best! I didn't feel a thing. Even the next day, I thought I was going to be sore and no soreness. I will be definitely going back if I need to. Thank you guys!!

I used to go to the Bright Now in L.A. until I moved to Ontario. I was so pleased to find that the great customer service, the welcoming atmosphere and the highly professional sraff were the same in both offices! Dr. Kim is the first dentist I've ever had who could give injections (yikes!) painlessly!! Wow, the hard part is over!! On to clean, healthy long lasting teeth!

I, like some other reviews I have seen here feel as though I was misled by their business practices . I went in for routine cleaning and x rays and did sign that form that says if my insurance doesn't pay, I will . Those are pretty standard forms I have signed dozens of times and I have never had insurance decline work from any medical provider. For my cleaning the dentist gave me numerous shots to numb my entire mouth. It seemed odd and I genuinely felt he did it so he could just aggressively clean my teeth as opposed to being careful not to hurt his patient. At any rate, I got a bill for $361 and when I called insurance they said it was because based on their analysis of x rays there was no need to provide that service. Insurance told me brightnow could re file their claim and provide justification for the service and it may get paid. I called Brightnow and let them know. A month or two later I just got another bill, so I assume they either ignored my request to justify their actions to another reputable source in their industry, or their justification still did not meet the standards of the dental insurance Industry. I will call my insurance company again because they said their is some kind of personal claim I can file,. But if that does not work I will probably end up paying the bill because I signed a form saying I would pay and I stand by my word, despite the fact that I see no evidence brightnow feels compelled to stand by their work and justify their actions to the insurance company. It seems easier for them to just bill the patient for potentially unnecessary work.

I had chipped my tooth on Thursday , I had no insurance no appointment and they took me right away the staff here is amazing! I cannot express how grateful I am for them! They fixed my tooth within the hour. I work at the subway accross from them so I'll be going there if anything. If your looking for a nice friendly staff who gets things done this is the place!! Thank you ladies

I am so greatful to been a patient with this company and location! The staff has always been the friendliness and productive in my appointments.. I do regular cleaning and ortho and couldn't be happier ! Excellent service, excellent work! Since 2015 Try out this local Upland office and they will definitely take care of you!
