Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

My daughter had a very bad experience with a female Indian dentist, she is a very unprofessional and very Rough person specially with kids , she applied the gel anesthesia to my daughter in her gum and then, not even wait a least a minute like how is recommended, she applied right away the inyeccion anesthesia to my daughter, causing a very painful pain in her gum. She was screaming for pain and that lady not even said Sorry to my daughter , very unprofessional, and I don't know how to call her but ,she is not even deserve be a dentist. I'm gonna file a report complaint because she has to be removed from that office. I hope the board of California dentist respond about this incident.and Parents, you gotta be careful with that salvage lady ..

I called them during the weekend , left a message, and asked them some questions. I needed answer before Monday morning to make my plans. They reached me on Sunday by phone even though they were closed on weekends and answered my questions. They are very accommodating in scheduling and rescheduling. Staff are very friendly.

When they can fit me in their schedule I've had great experiences here! I called today and unfortunately this location is only open one Saturday a month and they do not provide a hygienist. If Saturday is the only day you can come in for a cleaning then unfortunately this office is not for you!

Yesterday was my children's first time at a dentist. I loved how they made them feel so comfortable I was so amazed on how well they both did especially my son since he's more stubborn. Thank you for making my children's first time experience being GREAT !

The worst dental office ever visited.The doctor and the staff attitude was so embarassing , disrespectfull and insulting.They were insisting for some unwanted treatment to grab extra money which I gently refused. Upon this i was asked to leave the clinic ..... so unprecedented and non professional.Be careful guys

Discovered a cavity and valerie was able to find me an appointment that worked with my work schedule. I liked the fact that they took care of my cavity without trying to sell me anything extra. I am so pleased with the dentist's work, that I scheduled another appointment for my teeth cleaning.

The dentist at Tracy location is so professional, the administrative office wasn't fast in getting the paper work filled, they still use too many papers and signs and it seems that their system still old, Overall it was a good experience.

I broke my tooth late one night and called the after hours line. They got me in the next morning at 9am! I have bad anxiety when going to the dentist but ( I don't remember her name) the dentist and her assistant were amazing. They took the time to explain everything to me, made me laugh, reassured me it wasn't too bad, made sure I wasn't in any pain, and did the work the same day!

"Extremely Disappointed" I have an appointment today 8/20/21 at 3pm. I got to their office 20 minutes early and their door was locked. They are closed and didn't even bother to notify me. The saddest part was, I even took a day off from work for this appointment...they are very inconsiderate, very bad management.
