Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I upped my rating from 4 to 5 stars as my most recent experience was fantastic. I had lost a cap on one of my front teeth over the weekend and called Monday morning for an appointment--timing was critical as I was leaving for vacation the next day. They fit me in and within less than 1/2 hour I was on my way home with my cap recemented. They were cheerful and friendly--and hey, it wasn't freezing cold. My dental hygienist was really good, but the room was ice cold and I had to wait ~30 minutes for my appointment. If not for the wait, I would have marked this 5 stars. That said, I'm overall very happy with Bright Now Dental and will continue to go there. It's so good to go to a practice that is not always finding something to "repair" or "replace" and always finding ways to charge me more money which has been my experience at my past two dental practices. So, bottom line, I do recommend this practice.

Waste of time. They will string you along trying to milk your insurance. Office staff is condescending and horrible at communicating. They will lie to you and tell you insurance covers everything, Then they bill you. !!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This place is amazing! I've now been there twice...both times were emergencies. They got me in SAME day (unheard of) and patched me up each time. (There was a little bit of a wait during my second visit, since they had to squeeze me in lasts minute...so they gave me a little discount due to my wait!) Fast, friendly, caring...and the price was very fair. Needless to say, I'm moving my family and I over to Bright Now for all of our dental needs. (Ps...I never leave Google comments, so you can imagine how impressed I needed to be to leave one)

Although they were busy in the morning, I had to get get a deep cleaning and they were able to do half that day. The hygienist was very sweet and very patient with me especially since I had not been to the dentist in about a year.

This place is extremely unprofessional. Openly scolding a member of the staff in front of patients is way out of line. I only wanted to go here because I heard positive reviews about the dental hygienist Miss Mimi. SHE was absolutely WONDERFUL and made me feel comfortable throughout my checkup. Hearing her scolded by the doctor was very off-putting. The front desk employees are also rude. There's no need to loudly announce when a patient is returning. The way they speak to people is very condescending. I hope the dental hygienist leaves and goes somewhere that her kindness and knowledge is truly appreciated.

Immediately I was greeted and taken care of by Ms. Nancy, they got me in as soon as possible. Karen was very kind and gentle with all of my x rays. Finally Doctor Hong was very funny and honest with me. This branch helped me a lot would definitely recommend

I have been going to Dr Hong since I was a little kid. He has always treated my entire family with nothing but respect and really took the time to get to know us. I have a lot of trust in the office and their work. Not sure of the assistant's name but the male assistant who took my x-rays yesterday was very quick and made the experience really comfortable.

@....Folks....Don't go in...! These people are liars and crooks...! Stay away from this Dentist Office....The Front Desk tried to sell me a "dental procedure" which the Dentist had declined to do 6 months ago....I did not approve it so they threw me out....Now, that I have a better Dental Insurance their prices went up by 500% and my "out of pocket expense" went from $ 50.00 to $ 450.00...??? I have filed a complaint with the Insurance Company to NOT approve this Dental Office bills anymore....Legal action is next....!
