Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

The dentist didn't listen to me. I told him I was not numb and I was dificult to numb. He went ahead and pulled the tooth. I was feeling it. He said I was not. He basically said I was being a baby. Will never use them again.

Make sure you call 3 times to confirm. They schedule appointments and cancel them without telling you. And be patient when you call, the receptionists are rude as hell. If you try to argue anything they just hang up on you. Wish I could give less than one star. Horrible experience

Malpractice and insurance fraud. My insurance covers 2 basic cleanings a year but every time I try to get my cleaning done here I'm told I need this gingivitis treatment that my insurance does not cover. Ive paid for this extra treatment a few times with prices ranging anywhere from $200 - $600 each time. When I try to decline this extra service I'm told they won't clean my teeth at all until I agree to this extra treatment. I have sever dental anxiety and need to medicated even for ex-rays, and I can not keep spending hundreds of dollars on what should be basic cleaning twice a year. I and my son are no longer seeing this Dentist and hope no one else has to be subjected to the unethical and possibly fraudulent maltreatment by this office.

The worst place to go. I got a filling which i paid for, it fell off after 3 weeks. I went back to get it fixed i was told i need to pay again.

The service is great, but I could only give 4 stars because of the wait times. Why have an appt when you have to wait 20 mins from your appt time to be seen? This is a usual occurrence that myself and my daughter have to wait past our appt times, even when we show up early.

Horrible! My teen son doesn't take care of his teeth like I would like despite my best efforts and unfortunately he needed several teeth filled and I was told one root canal by Bight Now. We went ahead with the fillings which I was surprised the dentist was able to fill all a short time. Well afterward my son said it felt like bunch of cement was in his mouth with several sharp pieces and he ended spitting out leftover resin and cutting his tongue on the sharp edges. I took him to two different dentists after with both saying that the filling job was horrible, that the cleaning he received a month before at Bright Now was bad too and the tooth they wanted to do a root canal on could be saved and filled instead. Lastly after a 1.5 year since he had the fillings done at Bright Now they are coming out and one dentist said he now has cavities forming underneath the Bright Now fillings because they were done so badly. It could be one bad dentist who is/was at this location because there seems to be good reviews but I would be very cautious if you are going to go there.

"Everyone was/is very professional. Front desk very helpful with questions I had. Nurses were outstanding in their professionalism. The Doctor very informative in explaining the procedure for the day and in upcoming appointment. The Dental visits can be a little stressful, but the staff made "My visit" enjoyable... Enjoyable isn't always a word you usually use for a Dental visit...lol

Very disappointed...I went there and they gave me the total to fix all my upper teeth and they will do it in three parts so they did left, front and when I went for the right side it was a new manager and she just told me that that was not in the deal and if I wanted to have it done I have to pay for it. I paid thousands of dollars because they never got my insurance right. And it's ok if at least I would have the job done. The nerces in thwre really nice.and wendy I believe was the manager I got the deal with was very nice and helpful but the next one Elizabeth was very :(. I stop everyone from going there every time I can.
