Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. 3 hours to tale x-rays, remove temp fillings and do build up for a crown and put permanent fillings in another. My tongue was sore from the suction rubbing against it and my gums were sore and cut. This took longer than 2 root canals did elsewhere. I will never be back after I get my permanent crown.

Dr Butala is the most professional and compassionate dentist. She walked me through a solution to the problem I had with bridge work I had done and failed. I highly recommend her as she is very knowledgeable about her field of expertise.

Everything went well as per the review below when Dr. Duvert was there. However, things changed with Dr. Jasen Genninger. The services he rendered to my 7-year-old daughter who used to love to go to the dentist were horrendous. Her mouth was swollen the whole day into the night, and the job was done poorly. I took my daughter to a pediatric dentist because she kept complaining to discover that I have to pay again for caps to be placed in her mouth. Dr. Genninger should not work on children. He should have disclosed to me that he was not trained in pediatric dentistry. Additionally, he needs to take time to work on himself. Bright Now Dental should do a background search on him and give him the time to take care of himself before he returns to work. Aside from that, the front staff, the temp assistant that wiped the tears from my daughter's eyes as Dr. Genninger kept giving her more anesthesia, Dr. Royse whom I have known since I was in college (she is my to go orthodentist) and the Office Manager are the only reason why I am going back to that office for services for me. Extremely children's friendly! My 7-years-old looks forward to going to the dentist to chat and get her special balloon from Office Manager-Ms.Precious! The new hygienist Ikraam is AWESOME and very FRIENDLY!! Our whole family goes here and our dental needs are met!!

I came in for a cleaning and got excellent treatment with the dental technician missing nothing and yet not going about the procedure roughly. As a matter of fact there were a couple of times I wanted to doze off in that comfortable chair. Everything was explained very well, the procedure and the cost, before anything was done. I was left with no questions to ask. The dentist was friendly and gave me a few tips to better clean my teeth in the future. The facility was set up in a sanitary fashion in case COVID were to surge again. All employees wore masks and latex gloves and expected each customer to enter the premises with a face mask already on. Update: I had to go in as a part of one tooth came out due to an old filling failure. The front desk supervisor was very helpful, scheduling me for the next day as the doctor was out then. When I arrived I was immediately called in, X-rays were taken, a curative procedure (crown) was decided upon and I was set with a temporary crown. Since I'm retired and on a fixed income I was concerned about the overall cost but they worked with me, getting a six month interest free arrangement set up while eliminating labor and prep costs. Humana insurance only offers a small discount. All in all it was a very pleasant experience for an unpleasant occurrence.

Precious is very unprofessional she promised she would call me back the minute her office got a new dental hygienist. Kathy advised me today that they have had a new hygienist for 4 weeks. I have been calling for weeks trying to get rescheduled and every time I ask to speak to a manager I hear precious click and hang up the phone. This is a very unprofessional business and I had to take off work for these appts and they never even allowed me to get them rescheduled. Precious has called me directly from her cell phone to bash her employees saying they are no good & made racial comments. She then banned me from going to all bright now dentals because I told them I was upset and wanted to switch back to Wesley chapel. I am outraged and I will be reaching out to corporate.

Sometimes you run into an angel that helps you. My angel yesterday was Precious at Bright Now Dental in Tampa. I have been trying to find a new dentist for 2 month that carried my new insurance and get my teeth cleaned. Finally with her help and personal attention talking to the insurance company she made it all come together. I truly believe regular cleanings and good maintenance will keep you from having problems with your teeth, I was over due. Thank you so much for all your assistance. I look forward to a happy clean mouth.

Dentists are probably one of my biggest fears, but the bright now staff gave confidence, they took their time to explain the procedure (extraction of a wisdom tooth) and make me feel comfortable every second. They were very kind, caring and very professional. You can tell they love what they do. The process was quick, in and out in less than an hour. 100% recommended!

Great experience! The people there were helpful, friendly and qualified! They go about their jobs while making you feel right at home. They gladly helped with insurance questions and clearly explained the procedures my wife and I needed. My wife and I hadn't been to the dentist in years, but our apprehension of our visit was unnecessary! Highly recommend!!

I was referred to Dr. Duvert by a very close family friend. I was grateful for the friendly welcome I received from entering through the door and with knowledgeable and professional care throughout my procedure. All were properly explained to me in an understanding way and services were rendered caring my and properly. They did what was needed and only that.
