Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Unfortunately I give this office a one star since they do not check the insurance prior to treatments and charge patients for a service that should be covered 100% upfront by insurance . It's been a month and I'm still waiting for my refund check. They are suppose to follow up on this but I'm the one that keeps on calling instead. I feel no one here cares since it's not their money. Unfortunately or Happily I moved to a Different provider that take their time verifying insurance before they charge patients.

The dentist who performed my deep cleaning pushed the back of the dental chair so far back and then pour so much water into my mouth that I was gagging on it and water was going up the back of my throat and up my nose. This is what made my experience unpleasant.

Michael was fantastic, friendly, and a great dental assistant. Dentist was helpful and knowledgeable and the service overall was extreme professional. Wait time was 1 hour from appointment time which was not ideal. I went in for to get a filling refilled in my front tooth. The dentist took extra time and care to make sure it was perfect and that I liked my smile. I appreciate it. Other than that, I will be a regular patient!

Attendent in front deskis very confused,she gave me a different price of when i make the appointment and she charged me for something that i wasnt in needed for.At the dentist room they gave me the same price as they gave me while making my appointment but i had to pay the difference as my insurance would pay for the remaining amount.The lady in the front desk set to return the difference of the payment i had made before go inside for the treatment to my bank acc,wich they did few days after,but for my surprise some days after that i got a bill from my insurance charging me for what i was not covered but for that the front desk lady charged me and i paid them.Im have being charged twice!I NEVER MORE WILL RETURN TO THAT PLACE!

They basically destroyed my mom's molar, told her that they can't fix it and she needs to make another appointment and that she'd have to pay for it because insurance doesn't cover the damage they did. This was on, like, the 5th visit. She also repeatedly told them that her molar hurt and they kept brushing it off and telling her it didn't. How are you going to tell her what hurts her and what doesn't? Terrible patient care, terrible practice.

The staff is always kind, sweet and respectful. Plus, the hygienist was very thorough and also explained everything involved in the tooth decay repair and cleaning process. The staff & hygienists are always polite. They always provide me with a thorough explanation and breakdown of the cost of the procedure.

Went for one of many visits to have compete teeth extraction for dentures. Called the office due to concern about being a severe diabetic. I know that I would need a antibiotic regimen to keep infection down so called the office. No one for back with me. My wife was very upset and spoke with the office manager. She didn't seem too concerned. Then I got these loose dentures and big teeth dentures...they are temporary but my wife specifically asked for a gap as i and my kids have one. She got nothing requested. Sorry I didn't go to Aspen dental who was recommended. Sorry we started here and paid over $1500

Took almost two hours to verify my insurance. Ok, not their fault. After being seen by the dentist and the hygienist I was left in the exam chair and told nothing for about 45 minutes before someone noticed that I was there. Then I was asked what I was waiting to find out that I was finished and no one was told. Very poor communication between staff.

Front desk ladies need to learn some customer service skills. I stood up to make appointment and not a single person acknowledged me. Whoever ended up scheduling my appointment didn't even say hello. Just told me how much much my visit was, I paid (no thank you whatsoever), didn't ask how my visit was. Jesus, where is basic customer service? Can I at least have a thank you, please, have a nice day? Be nice, it won't cost you a dime. Changing to negative star if that was an option. I waited an hour and 10 minutes to be seen. The front desk absolutely needs an overhaul! They make it so frustrating. And no one ever reached out to me after my first review. Patients beware of going to this place. If you want to waste your time and money, this is your place.
