Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I was very pleased with everything. Dr Carolina is the best dentist I've ever had. She communicates with her patients very well, telling them exactly what she is going to do. She has a great staff of people and they all are polite, friendly, yet professional. The appearance of the office is very neat and clean.I actually don't mind going to the dentist now; that's a first for sure! I highly recommend this dentist!

I just want to say thank you to Jose, Ivette and Dr. Carolina for making my first dental visit an amazing experience. I was so scared as I haven't been to the dentist in years, and this team made me feel so safe and comfortable. Jose took his time to explain the breakdown of my plan and pay, he was so so helpful. The Dr. is very gentle and friendly as well. Everyone is so nice here 12/10 definitely will be recommending to my friends and family!

The staff was friendly and inviting. The office was clean and maintained well. Dr. Alexandrian was very knowledgeable and clearly explained my specific issues in a caring respectful manner. I would recommend Bright Now! for dental & orthodontic health.

I really enjoy the dentist and the staff at the Sun Valley location. They make me feel like they're honest about treatment, but not trying to rip me off. When I switched insurance I was relieved I could stay at this location. I've had both morning and afternoon appointments. In the afternoon they tend to get busy and have me waiting a long time past my appointment time. Morning appointments are best if you can get them.

My husband waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen. He only had x rays done. They did a horrible cleaning on me they did the polishing before my cleaning. I've always seen the polishing done after the cleaning.We saw two people come in without masks.My husband walked out without a cleaning after waiting 2 1/2 hours. My husband only had x rays. Now we have to file a claim with our insurance to get back our x rays and go somewhere else for him to get his cleaning.

I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and was very anxious to have to go due to pain, the dentist I used to go to along with my daughters had a very bad attitude, condescending and lacked compassion. I feel blessed to have found this office, everyone from the front desk to the doctor were very kind and had such a pleasant demeanor. I have found my family's new dentist!

I went to BrightNow Dental because they are in-network with Delta. I had a root canal done on 3/6/2020 and after the procedure was given an itemized bill. The bill depicted they gave me 15 vials of antibiotics at $100.00 each but I recall they had only used 9. After I brought this up to their attention, they stated they could only take 2 vials off the invoice so they still stole $400.00 from me. This office is clearly in it only for the money. They abuse patients with their egregious practices by taking advantage of those of us that need dental procedures. Avoid this office at all costs and do your research before getting in bed with these people. If you allow them to, they will rob you blind. It's no wonder everyone rues having to go to the dentist.

i was experiencing some oral discomfort at the end of February and my first appointment in March was canceled as a result of the COVID19 pandemic. The office contacted me in early May to reschedule. I entered the office and was asked to wait outside. Until they were set up to take my temp. I was below the temp threshold and allowed in. they took Xrays and when the Doctor arrived 20 minutes late she spent 5 mins reviewing the Xrays and looking in my mouth. I was advised that the CDC prevented any cleaning and discharged. two weeks later I had a tooth ache and tried to make an appointment. this office is only open on Saturdays and Tuesdays. so I arrive on Tuesday 6/9 @10:45 am after a short drive from my shop in a hot car. they take my temp and it reads 99.2 so I'm asked to wait outside the office so he can take another temp reading. it's now 11 am it's warm outside and he reads my temp at 99.5. to confirm that the thermometer is reading correct he takes his temp after being indoors in A/C and gets 98.6. Wow no wonder science is questioned when it comes to health. Apple's ain't Oranges! Not Prudent!

This place is SUPER AMAZING!!!! They are super sweet and super clean like 150% !!!!!! They have payment plans which are super good and beneficial!! They don't rip you off and only work on what is necessary !!!! I totally recommend this place.
