Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

My appointment was changed without my permission to another day. This was not the first time. I complained and was squeezed back into the schedule. The hygienist complained about the change so the dentist ended up completing it. I talked with another patient and he told me he was squeezed in as well and had a deep cleaning that was shorter than my visit and no polishing. It is time to find an office who value patient care.

Oh my! This place really helped me! I was petrified of getting oral surgery and so much more, and these ladies, the oral surgeon, and the dentist all helped me to stay calm and explained things so well! Every referral I was ever given was to another amazing location, like they took the time to make sure they know who they are sending their patients too!

I had been having a toothache for about a month. Dr Etemati saw me and took care of the issue that was causing the pain the same day. Dr Etemati was kind, caring, gentle and funny.

They broke a drill bit off in my root canal and couldn't numb it during the procedure. It was always painful . 5 years later I found out why when I had it re treated at a real dentist. Also the crown had a huge ledge and was impossible to floss causing gum inflammation. Absolutely horrible experience at this bright now. I would stay as far away from this place as you possibly can! My new crown from a real dentist My new crown from a real dentist is phenomenal and I have absolutely no pain.

I was in and out in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. The lobby was nice and clean. The front desk ladies are so friendly and welcoming. The wait was less than 5 minutes. The service was quick and easy. Doctors are very professional and the assistants are great! Payment and insurance info is clearly laid out an explained before and after the appointment. I was even offered balloons for my little ones at home ! I would definitely recommend this place!

3.5 stars. Went to bright now 2016 , 17 & 18. Most visits went well with little drama except getting my partial dentures made, cast & fitted. 1st off I'd like to thank Bright Now for the line of interest free credit they gave me. Couple of big concerns come to mind tho. Despite all my communications office staff would schedule me on incorrect days. DDS obviously didn't read my chart because I was a Brady Cardiac Patient thus requiring pre appointment antibiotic dose. In addition I did list current medications. The DDS added on additional pain killers to my script which could have got me in trouble had I not pointed this out to pharmacy. Finally my partial denture never has fit correctly. End result is they offered not once but twice to get my partial denture re fit. The mix up happened when DDS stated he could pull 2 crowned teeth. D-Day came & he backed out sending me to oral surgery. Needless to say. Took a bit of prying & cutting of the gums. My partial denture never fit correctly after

Don't go here! Got billed for going back in July when I had coverage. Got layed off in September. Didn't get the bill till 10-4-2020 apparently corporate takes a long time processing insurance paper work. Which makes no sense when it comes a regular billing process which should only take a 1-2 weeks max. Don't go here if you don't want to receive any bill 5-6 months later. Happened twice.
