Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Karl did the cleaning and scraping. He was a joy to work with. Due to a painful illness he was exceptionally gentle and patient with me He was kind and caring and I was very grateful to have him as my technician and a new friend

The biggest rip off place I have ever seen ! Very unprofessional dentist and hygienist! We went back after having a deep cleaning done because we were having a problem and they wouldn't even see us. Went back to have an extraction done on a wisdom tooth and they said we needed bone put in when we said we don't want bone put in they wouldn't extract the tooth! The problem was that we told them weeks before hand about not getting the bone ! They never said at that time that they wouldn't pull the tooth! I never heard of putting bone in for wisdom teeth! I had all mine done and never was told I needed bone!

Staff is Rude an unprofessional. I had to do all my insurance claims myself because the staff don't know what they're doing. I also got a bill stating that I was there a certain day and that day they closed not only that i never had an appointment with these dentists and I still got billed.

I was treated very promptly, politely and professionally while in the dental chair. But I always feel as if I'm bothering the staff at the front desk, both over the phone and in person. They've seemed a bit short/impatient with me a couple of times.

Staff is very friendly. I am on a preventive treatment and Carlos is great technician. I would recommend Carlos to anyone. All procedures are explained up front, no hidden cost, no surprises.

Very professional and on the same note very down to earth. I am pleased because I am not a dental person and they put me at ease. Thank you Dr Aron and his assistant. The office receptionist is rude and doesn't answer the phone properly. She puts you on hold without requesting you to first; "HOLD PLEASE." Making you think the business has moved on or closed, especially after five failed attempts. They give appointments by phone and when you show up it turns out to be another date, not the one they gave you in the first place, making you wait another month to attend you. They also, don't give appointment reminders by text nor calls. Everyone has things to do, time is a commodity and this office has no respect for their clients time. If this business is being represented by rudeness at the front desk, it would be best to find one that is appreciative of your patronage.

I'm not a customer because who ever answers the phones kept putting me on hold without communicating she was going to put me on hold. I called once and the phone rang once and immediately went silent and I kept saying hello, I hung up and called again and the same thing. I felt like the gal kept putting me on hold with out saying anything and sure enough on the 3rd time I called the gal said ugh hello one moment and threw the line on hold before i could even say anything... yea I'll pass.

The much needed pain relief medication was not called into the pharmacy until I called numerous times and insisted that they call it in. Five minutes after I finally got the message across the prescription was miraculously called into the pharmacy 2.5 hr phone call. 4 hr wait for the prescription to be called in.
