Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

On November 2nd, five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving at Bright Now! Dental in Herndon, VA, sponsored by DDS Lab. DDS Lab is a full-service national dental lab that has been a proud partner of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation for many years. DDS Lab also supports the Foundations newest program called Implanting Inspiration, donating custom abutments and crowns for select recipients of free dental implants. On September 23, 40 volunteers from nine Bright Now Dental locations gathered at their local Olympia Dental office to provide free dental services to Veterans and their dependents. With the help from the Smiles for Everyone Foundation they were able to provide free dental care to seventy-two veterans including dental checkups and dental cleanings.

Bright Now Dental in Olympia, WA partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to provide free dental services to Veterans and their dependents. Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Something needs to change! I started going to Bright Now 7 years ago. It was hard to get an appointment because they were so busy and now it's hard to get an appointment because there is no staff. Sad but the truth. I delayed taking a work promotion so I wouldn't have to change my dental appt only to have it cancelled on me the day before.... The office manager Lori told me "we have no one to do the cleaning" (in the worst tone). So frustrating! I rescheduled my appt for a later date (2 months later) and couldn't even get my full service because there was no dentist in the office to do the exam. We absolutely love Dr Hecht (10/10) but can stay due to the company's errors. The business is failing and the management doesn't care.

I am very pleased with the professional care. I have been a patient since 2005! Just wish waiting times were diminished. An appointment usually takes more time than should be expected.

I can't say enough about how comforting Dr. Gargasz makes you feel besides doing a fantastic job!! If there were 10 stars for him, he'd get all 10. I highly recommend him.

The front office personnel went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure that all of my needs were met. The dental assistant was very respectful, courteous, informative and extremely helpful. The doctor had a wonderful bedside manner and was extremely thoughtful and considerate in how he handled my situation.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had, the Dr and staff went beyond the extra mile to take care of my unique dental issue. I can't thank them enough. 9/30 Dr Hecht and his dental assistant spent three and a half hours working to save two teeth and crown them thinking that one would have to have a root canal but he did save it without the root canal. In my 67 years I have never felt more comfortable or confident in my dental care.

Professional and friendly staff. Jennifer and Jamie are very good at customer service and managing the front desk! April is a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly hygienist! Dr. Hecht is amazing, he's very understanding, knowledgeable and patient, he makes you feel at ease. Thank you so much for all of your help with all of my hubby 's dental issues!

Having to use the Spring Hill instead of my CR home office I still received A1 care . Friendly staff and pricing that doesn't make your head spin .

Terrible trying to get a crown temporary falls out within an hour of leaving the office 3 Times in a row then permanent cap came in and it's not right So Has to be remade. Then that temporary cap fell off as well. Have never experienced this level of difficulty getting a cap.

I went to a different office since mine had no dentist. This was my 1st time at the office in springhill fl. I waited in the waiting rm 45min before being called bck. My appnt on e taken back was very quick the dentist educated me on what my issue was. I had no caveties or a gum infection like i thought. I am up to date on my 6mnyhs cleaning and this was between my cleanings thst i was having the issue. Im very glad the dr let me know i need to brush less and use less force when brushing. Ive always had a good dentist but have to complain about the time i had to wait from my appnt time to when i actually was seen was almost an hr. The location in new port richey has never had that issue. Ive always been seen pretty much at my appnt time. At this location the waiting rm was full and people just kept coming in and people were being called back as i sat waiting. I feel that that particular office location must over book their schedule. I think no patient should have to wait over 45min to be called back. I feel that office location must have scheduling issues if they feel the need to schedule where any patient is waiting almost an hr to be seen. Ill be waiting for my location to get a new dentist hopefully by the time my scheduled cleaning is set for. My location has had no hygentist now no dentist. Ive always loved my location but if i have to go to springhill again im going to find a new dentist

If I could leave zero stars I would! I've been going to this dentist for 13 years, and they have gone so down hill. This past visit was the absolute worst and I won't be back. I had an appt a while back to confirm I needed a root canal which was in and out 30 minutes tops. I called to schedule the appt recently was never informed I needed to see another specialist for possible lenghting of a crown, okay no problem made the appt made the appt for the root canal and the appt for the other Dr as well, only to call back before I go on vacation to be informed I need to see the Dr for the crown before the getting the root canal, wasn't told this so I had no choice but to cancel one appt for the other. I originally just wanted to have the tooth pulled but the dr for the root canal told me it wouldn't be a good idea. I find out the dr for the crown is the same one to pull a tooth if wanted so that's what I choose. Fast forward to my appt on Friday at 9:30. I get there about 9 just in case I could be seen early yea well jokes on me I wasn't informed they were running behind. About 10:30 I ask how much longer the wait will be I get told a few more minutes! Minutes!!!!!! 11:30 comes around and still nothing at this point there were multiply people in the lobby waiting and we were all upset because they were being told 30 minuets! I finally got taken back because I was making a fuss in the lobby and I'm sure just to shut me up in front of everyone they call me back where you guessed it I wanted until almost 12 for the dr to come in and even start! At this point I told him I hadn't eaten since 8 for the appt and he questioned the office why if took them so long to call me back he covered everything up and told them to leave the room along sent me next door to eat and took me back right away when I got back. He was the only silver lining to this appt. Almost 4 hours in this place for something that took 15 minutes! Never again. Worst experience of my life, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Wanted me to sign for $65 in extras in addition to cleaning at no charge. No conversation at all with me the patient just the technician and another technician constant chatter. I never heard if my teeth were good bad or needed any other work..

The office staff, hygienist and dentist are always so nice and friendly. This helps so much to feel comfortable when nervous. Dr. Heck and hygienist April are the best!

Place is great but WAY to pricy, to pull 2 teeth they want 600.00 I called someone else they said 250.00 place is a rip off
