Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Omar is kind and compassionate. He has incredible diagnostic skills and saw things that even the xrays didn't show. His diagnosis and treatment saved me time, big money, and pain. This whole office staff is an exceptionally professional and genuinely engaged part of my health and wellness team. I love my dentist!

Very good checkup, very professional Doctor and assistant. Went back a couple days later, and the lady watching the front couldn't answer a thing. It was a total waste of time. I gave this office a 5 star for day one, but this lady made me drop it to a 3. I don't have room to tell everything, but it was sad.

Over the past month my children have had exams and had several cavities filled. The staff, hygienists, and dentists were all really nice and competent. They worked with our insurance, something we weren't able to find in Viera. I'm so glad we found Bright Now!

Just switched to a different dentist today. Horrible customer service and the staff tries to up sale you on EVERYTHING. They had my son's xrays mixed with someone else and i had to tell them .. they didnt catch the mistake. Now they don't have any hygienist for teeth cleanings and they don't know when they'll even have another one in... Going somewhere where it's not so unorganized

I really like everyone there, Kim, Debra, and Colleen! The main issue is that, when I was there, only two people were allowed in the lobby at one time. All others had to wait in their cars, until called which, in addition to being really far from where I live, was an unpleasant experience. And, the costs of all the medical garb used by all the staff, was tacked onto our dental expenses. The now former male dentist I had there was not good. I developed a severe bite issue after he'd filled my one and only cavity and then had me bite down very hard many times, my teeth were painful immediately after that causing great pain while eating, sleeping and talking, I had been, consequentially, diagnosed with TMJ by my him and referred to a "TMJ expert" nearby. This former dentist had personally told me it was due to his "treatment" that caused the TMJ. My jaw shifting and consequent grinding resulted in a loose top tooth; if you lose a top back molar, your sinus cavity will fall, resulting in very expensive surgery to rebuild the sinus. Thanks Bright Now! And, I had gone back to him twice to have him fix the issue. One time he just had me bite on a slim paper so long that I was drooling and, apparently, this was only done to stall me. Don't go to this national corporate dentist office. My new amazing Orlando/College Park dentist fixed the TMJ issue easily while fashioning me beautiful permanent front partials. He said he wondered how I even could eat. He removed an infected bottom back molar while fashioning me a beautiful permanent bridge.

Very disorganized & at times unprofessional. The Dentist & front office staff were great and to the point, but the dental assistants seemed all over the place. Was quoted over $200 for teeth cleaning that normally is covered through insurance since they have to bring in a temp hygienist who may charge more? I will either wait for a cleaning or go to another office to be seen.

I went to Bright Now Dental to Have them correct my teeth and my bite with braces. Doctor Gill is a wonderful orthodontist, he takes the time to explain and show you the process. He is very detailed oriented and profesional, he really cares about his patients and does an excellent job!! Peggy his assistant is a lovely lady who knows what she is doing and treats you with respect and takes good care of the patients. All the front desk staff is friendly and cheerful always greeting you with a smile and calling you by name.

As a new patient I waited At least an hour before they called me back. Then they claimed I needed a deep cleaning. I doubted it, and got a second opinion. Turns out, I did not need a deep cleaning at all. Watch out, it's a part of their business plan and the insurance company's pay out.

I've been in this dental office twice. Margie is a perfectionist and does good work. I was wondering how much I would have to pay the second time after the first exorbitant amount of four hundred and some the first time. Deep cleaning is expensive, but I've never ever had to pay that much; my insurance usually covers most of it. I didn't mind paying $100 or so for my last visit.
