Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. This place made us wait 1.5 hrs to be seen. Do not recommend. The staff has no communication with the patients. The front desk is no help.

Dr Shannon Blaine is the sweetest , all the staff is really nice. It made my process much easier having all you need in one location. I've tried a bunch of dentists in SCV and they are hands down the best choice. Professional , educated and kind. Thank you bright now

This dental office is extremely predatory and greedy. On 02/19/22 Shannon Blair was working as a dental provider at Bright Now Dental when I came in for a teeth cleaning. I have confirmed that Bright Now Dental office was listed as an in-network provider with Delta Dental Insurance. Afterwards I received a dental insurance letter informing me Shannon Blair was not a participating dentist with Delta Dental at the time service was rendered on 02/19/22. The insurance processed Shannon Blair as a non-Delta Dental Provider. Both the dental insurance and the dental office have practiced in deceiving and misleading people to believe their dental provider was in network so you would go to them. Only later to find out, their provider was out of network. I filed the grievance claims with the dental insurance and they denied all claims of wrong-doing.

Be careful, they will upcharge you for teeth cleaning services by telling you in the middle of the service that you need $80 for irrigation. Its very predatory especially if you are trying to stay on insurance and in this economy trying to upcharge people for a simple teeth cleaning is disgusting and greedy.

BE CAUTIOUS! They billed my insurance for mysterious services that was never rendered. I have never seen such negligence. I will be notifying my insurance company to dispute their claim.

The women at the front desk were great and super helpful. They got me in to see the dentist the next day, and the woman who took my impressions/X-rays was amazing. The dentist, however, BUTCHERED my mouth. I left in more pain than when I arrived. I went in because I had 2 exposed teeth from my temporary crowns falling off and they recommended an endodontist consult, but they only have an endodontist at their facility once a month. So, I still have my 2 exposed teeth, leaving me in a lot of pain, and about 3 weeks until the consult. When I asked the dentist about it, she shrugged her shoulders. I am already anxious about my dental appointments and this dentist just solidified my fears.

I had my best dental experience at Bright Now! Dental - Santa Clarita. The front desk person was very accommodating and made comfortable during my waiting time and in my entire stay. I am not a resident of Santa Clarita but I just stayed there due to travel restrictions and their clinic was very accommodating and took care of my concerns. They were also very transparent of the costs before doing any treatment and offered me options. How I wish I can go back there for my dental appointments.

Long waits and a staff that is terrible at communicating. I asked to skip the video on flossing since I had already waited for my cleaning for 45 mins. That's not terribly long but this was my rescheduled appointment because I had waited 1.5 hours the first time around to be told the dentist had another 30mins with the patient before me. Anyway that was evidently a huge mistake since the hygienist then left my room and billing came back with a bill for $300 for the more advanced cleaning I needed. Mind you the hygienist only said to me that he didn't like the brand of floss I used. Never said anything about my teeth. The actual dentist told me I had no cavities so at this point no one has said anything is wrong with my teeth. I refused the more advanced cleaning and said I just want a regular cleaning so I can go. The billing person left and never came back and a new girl came in. She sat down to I was assuming to clean my teeth since no one that has left has come back at this point. She polished my teeth and told me that was all I was allowed- no cleaning. Only the office manager would talk to me and said that they felt I had "a wall up" and that the hygienist refused to talk to me. I said that you can't bill a person $300 dollars without explaining why it's needed. The hygienist asked me what brand of floss I used and said he didn't like that brand because he doesn't feel like it does a good job. Nothing was ever said about my teeth specifically from him. In all fairness to the office manager, she was under the impression that something was explained to me. It wasn't. So over 3 hours at this dentist collectively for a biannual cleaning that I never received. I have gone to this dentist for a few years now and am very good about getting regular cleanings. Everyone who saw me (besides the actual dentist) I had never seen before. I even had to request new tools- not that they were used- because a new girl set up everything around me and forgot to put on gloves. I'll be switching to a dentist office that talks to their patients.

Very long wait, Doc and staff late, my appointment was 830am. Everyone Finally arrived after 9am. Rose kept trying to sell procedures that are NOT necessary. Not Returning.....!!

Let me start off saying I am TERRIFIED of the dentist, it took me about 4-5 years to walk in the door. Straight off the bat they made me feel safe. The staff and doctor were very professional and helped ease my anxiety. Doctor was patient with me even though I felt I was going to scream. Highly recommend them. Only part I don't like are the prices (but I guess that's my fault for waiting so long) I have compared with other offices and people in the field and they say it's fair for what I need done. With all that said, I will be going back even if someone needs to push me through the door... Thanks again to the staff at Bright Now Dental for fixing my smile.

This was our first time at Bright Now Dental. Everyone was extremely helpful and the dentist was wonderful and gave helpful information. My husband has dementia and has been diagnosed with beginning Alzheimer's. He was taken care of in polite and helpful manor. Will definitely be returning.
