Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

On November 2nd, five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving at Bright Now! Dental in Herndon, VA, sponsored by DDS Lab. DDS Lab is a full-service national dental lab that has been a proud partner of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation for many years. DDS Lab also supports the Foundations newest program called Implanting Inspiration, donating custom abutments and crowns for select recipients of free dental implants. Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I was treated well, especially the hygienist, Dr. Velez, and the sweet smiling face manager (forgot her name). The front desk employees were very professional but lack how to greet patients. I was not greeted when I walked in but just asked if I had an appt and was given "new patient" forms to fill out. Being greeted and with a smile can help new patients feel welcome, more comfortable and more at ease. Otherwise they acted professional and seem to know their work well. Yes, I would recommend this dental office.

It was my first time in the office. I received a warm reception as soon as I walked in. All employees were informative and welcoming. I would recommend them and I did to one of my coworkers!

Dr. Velez and her staff are so kind and genuine and they truly care about your health and well being. Joe the hygienist is always so informative and I love that knowledge as he always makes sure you are educated on what's happening. Thank you Terri for always accommodating me with my special case on short notice making sure I get fit into the schedule! I come so often it almost feels like family and they treat you just like that ! So thank you all so very much! I recommend anyone to come here to experience that same great care!

I've been going to the Sanford location since transferring from Tampa. Everyone is sooooooo nice and professional! I love the fact that the dentist and orthodontist are in the same office which minimizes delays in care when I need both on the same day! Although the Waterford lakes location was a lot closer for me, i genuinely do not mind the drive since I am use to the staff and they genuinely make sure you are well taken care of! I love them!

The doctor is good but the rest of the staff is very ghetto and rude... too many attitudes in one building... Doctor you definitely need a better team. Lazy lazy lazy I couldn't believe it because she was a informative doctor that knew what she was doing but her help was disappointing

I had a very positive experience at Bright Now Dental on Friday, Jul 8, 2022 at 2.30 pm. My first visit was very pleasant. I received a thorough review of my Dental needs and several corrective options that i could consider which were provided by Dr. Fisher. I explained that I wanted to take a conservative approach which was respected. Before leaving I was given detailed costs involved for the procedures and followup appointments to begin the Dental work by Ms. Joann. Mr. Joe, the hygienist, was comforting when learning my fear of needles so I feel I will probably be able to get through what must be done. Overall I was very pleased with the reception received when I entered the office as well as when I left. Thank you so much for your care and professional work/expertise. I'm glad that I have chosen Bright Now Dental.

Stay far away from this place. They are nothing but con artists. They will try and charge you for services you don't need. They kept trying to charge me for deep cleanings even though I currently have no teeth issues and they claimed my wife had a horrible case of gingivitis and would need some very expensive cleanings. To top it off they claimed she had a cavity and needed a filling. Decided to get a second opinion at a local family run dentist office. They said I didn't need deep cleanings and my wife had no cavities or gingivitis. Completely terrible what bright now tries to pull on people. Oh I almost forgot. They sent me a bill for $40 that they claimed I owed in 2020. I called to get clarification and the office manager couldn't even explain. Stay far away from this place. Your wallet will thank you for it later.

The Doctor and staff at this location was amazing. The assistant spent a great deal of time going for vet my ex rays and plan in a clear way that I understand. I completely feel comfortable at this office and lived the cleanliness.

There billing department is horrible. They misfiled a bill with the insurance company and I have spoken to my insurance company multiple times and each time they tell me they will contact their billing department and get the invoice paid. I have called the billing department numerous times and told them to Contact my insurance (that is what my adjuster instructed me to do). I am still, a year and half later, getting a bill. They have sent it to a claims collector so I am being inundated with calls for their mistake. Avoid this place at all cost! This was handled by the Sanford Office manager! Thank you

I have SEVERE dental anxiety from childhood...I mean I usually have a full brown panic attack just from sitting in the chair. But Joe( hygienist) was absolutely aamazing,patient and gentle. I didn't even cry! I'm slowly restoring my faith in a dentist Thank you!

Everyone at this office is super wonderful and friendly. They have made every single visit a pleasant one. Dr. Costas, Dr. Velez..you guys have been amazing!! Terry and all the girls and guys from staff were super nice! This will def. be my office for all my dental needs. Across the street from my house, super clean and im very happy they are taking safety precautions with covid very serious.Thank you to everyone that has been part of my dental care.
