Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

The dentist and staff do not explain what options are available for the procedure, how they are going to do the procedure, and steps in the procedure. They just proceed. After a tooth was pulled I never received any explanations on the replacement.

Came in at 10am waited til 10:30 to be seen. Then they tell me that my insurance doesn't cover cleaning twice a year, they should of told me that before I came in had to miss work for the appointment. Then they told that the hygienists wasn't there yet. Felt like a waste of time. Oh and they keep pushing me in to buying a mouth guard for $300 which you never use. It was a bad experience.

I will not be back here. I was a Dental Tech in the USAF for 10 years and worked in every specialty of dentistry. This clinic is not somewhere I would work or get treated at again. First appointment, I walk-in 15 min early and they told me I needed a mask, with no option to provide one (in a clinic -_-). No biggie. I go to CVS across the street, still make it back with time to spare and fill out my paperwork. 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I did not receive a status on my appointment. I go ask the clerk she said maybe another 20-30 minutes they're running behind. I kindly asked to be rescheduled. Second visit was the first appointment after lunch the following Monday. The assistant calls me back, takes my xrays. Chair side manners/customer service could use a lot of work. People don't typically like the dentist, so building patient report is important. After having my xrays taken, I waited nearly 30 minutes to see the dentist. She hardly looked in my mouth, but yet had $11K+ in treatment plan. 3 of the suggestions were very aggressive options, even after I told I was not interested, and even challenged her in her diagnosis. The dentist had no chair side manners or even care enough to do a full exam. Mind you my oral hygiene is probably above average, if not better, and they suggested an "oral irrigation" with my cleaning that's not covered by United Concordia. Not sure exactly why a fancy way of saying mouth rinse would cost me $80 and not be covered under routine care. Then I waited in the chair for another 15 minutes just to be forgotten about by the billing clerk. I had to interject, just to leave. I went to an appointment for 50 minutes, for the doctor to look in my mouth for less than 2 minutes and hand me an $11K treatment plan. I also left without a cleaning. Typically, a cleaning and exam go hand in hand, and those can be accomplished in about an hour appointment. All this to say, I do not share my experience as a Dental Tech with the clinic because I truly want to see how well they treat their patients, not knowing I know how the show should go. :)

Horrible! I made an appointment 3 weeks ago they even sent me an email 2 days ago confirming my appointment. Called there customer service line was hung up on the first call after waiting on hold for 5 mins then my second time calling back I spoke with a rep who confirmed my appointment. Tried calling there actually office to also confirm my appointment but they never answer the phone! I work and don't have time to continually call a "office". Get there to my appointment at 9 am on a Saturday morning no one is there no email saying that the appointment is canceled nothing! What a bad way to do business! I rescheduled another appt for this dental appt and this what happens. I will never schedule with them again I will only stick to small business dental offices like I usually do.

Extremely unprofessional, I had an appointment at 9:00am which is the time they open. Once I got there they were closed I don't mind waiting a bit but I was sitting in the parking lot for an hour before I decided to leave. Also when I called to set the appointment it took over 30 minutes which it shouldn't of taken more than 10. If I could give them negative stars I would for wasting my time. I was planning on getting my braces done there but lost my business.

Avoid this place 100%. I went here on a emergency because my molar was hurting. The dentist said I needed a root canal. At the time I didn't know all the risks and dangers with root canals. Anyways about a week later the pain came back and the side of my face swelled up. I went to my regular dentist and he said I shouldn't have even had a root canal and the work the guy did was horrible I had the tooth pulled out and had a implant put in. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to pay for it later.
