Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Before the visit I received great customer service . Day of appointment treated nice and the Dr.Patel and assistant was really great and nurturing when it came to my treatment. First time in a dental Office in 8+ years and I'm glad Bright now dental on Curtner in San Jose was in my network. Very efficient fast and just made me feel comfortable . Looking forward to my follow up appointment next month.

I have absolute respect for Dr Lu. I'm in my 40s. I have never liked my smile until now. I actually enjoy smiling without feeling insecure about my teeth. Smiling has a direct impact on my mental health, confidence, and how I perceive myself and how others perceive me. I have seen many dentists and this is the first time I feel safe with my oral care. I know he would not recommend unnecessary procedures and he'll be gentle with me. The staff is top notch! Thank you Dr Lu and BrightNow!

I brought my daughter in for a pre-op review for braces in early April. They informed me that it would take about 2 months to get processed because per their words "your insurance will only take snail mail". So I waited. Called back at the beginning of June, they said give us a couple more weeks that "your insurance is backed up on approvals". Back and forth calling and waiting with the office staff blaming my insurance which turned out it was the filing error on Bright Now staff. I decided to call my insurance, and found out that it should have only taken 10-15 business days to be cleared if the dental office questioned the cost and coverage of orthodontics not 4+ months. The office staff lack customer sevice etiquette and this was shown through their lack of concern and inability to take responsibility for their mistakes. I have had better treatment at Western Dental.

I had the most positive phone conversation with Sarai who helped cover benefits for a family member. I've been struggling to find a good dentist office for my family member. Most places seems to be too busy or in a hurry to answer questions or explain why something is the way it is. But she took the time to explain the recent office visit, their finding, what they recommend as a service plan and why the coverage is what it is. I'm very impressed with the way the office handed the interaction and their professionalism. Thank you.

Just had first visit with X-rays (no cleaning or treatment yet). Staff was friendly and patient, doctor explained everything well and showed me where the problems are. Billing and insurance coverages were explained thoroughly. The whole team was great!

I enjoy the help I receive here at this office. The staff has from the front to the back have been giving me such gentle and kind treatment. Yoli is so helpful with my treatment gave me copies of everything and helped with all the copay I was so grateful as I'm an old lady and need so much done thank you so much what a great visits from the start and much more gentle and patient with me as time passes on

Manager Deliberately lied on insurance coverage official complaint was issued through insurance company directly to manager at right now dental. Make sure you find out yourself as I did on insurance coverage directly.

This may be the most terrible place in the area. We went there just because it is close to our home but we realized it was not a good decision at our very first visit. Here are a couple of things about this location: -You may get the worst office experience ever. Horrible, extremely disorganized front desk. -They scheduled a cleaning appointment 6 months ago and cancelled one day before the appointment without giving any excuse or without rescheduling it. -Since I was not happy, I cancelled all of other fillings I needed to have. But unfortunately they had started my crown. It has been 4 months since they started it and it still hurts today. I went there 3 times to get it fixed but they could not find anything. The doctor told me they might have missed some cavity and referred me to see a specialist. Bottom line is, I need to get a root canal treatment which will cost me another $400. I will find another dentist and never go back to this location even though I already paid for the crown.

Dr. Lu is such an excellent dentist. Very patient, gentle and explains everything. I just am skeptical about the way the front desk charges. They use their own system to charge n not calling my actual insurance for coverage. They tried charging me but when I questioned it they said I was covered.
