Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Dr. Aledo, assisted by Lala, helped the process of getting a new crown on a front tooth most enjoyable. It is truly a sign that these two dental workers love their work and perform exceptional services. The office was full of positive attitudes and patient comforts.

I have Aspergers and I came here on a whim because my bottom teeth were yellow. I had not been to a dentist in 15 years, and I was absolutely terrified of what would be found. Of course I had cavities. I have never experienced a better team than Dr. Aledo and LaLa. They sang to me and even put a funny little antenna on my glasses while giving me my fillings. It was a great experience and I thanked them profusely afterwards. Thank y'all for making this a great experience.

I absolutely love this Dr Aymee and her assistant Lala. My dentist at a different office before this was very rude and condescending towards me but Dr Aymee is the complete opposite. They treat you like a friend and make procedures very bearable. So glad I switched!

I've been to quite a few dental offices, but never had such friendly and professional service as I received from Dr Alito and the Dental Assistant at Bright Smiles Boot Ranch. I was a patient at Bright Now Dental for years and loved Dr. Kwok. (LaLa too) They were always amazing. Once he retired, I gave the new dentist a (chance a couple of times) but my patience got me into trouble. Dr. Aledo filled a cavity and after I gave it time to be less sensitive, I called to say it was still bothering me. They had me wait until my next cleaning. I came in for a cleaning only to find out the hygienist quit and I would get a cleaning "whenever we got a new hygienist" but they had no clue when that may be. In addition, he seemed irritated and didn't believe that my tooth still hurt so he redid the filling and charged me for it all over again. Since then, I've found a new dentist who has taken great care of me but it's cost me. Long story short, I had to have a crown but when he checked the work underneath the tooth before the crown was placed, he found the previous filling had gone all the way up into my nerve which is why I had pain this whole time. I ended up with a root canal plus the crown. On top of all that, the Invisalign I paid for doesn't even fit anymore because of the time I had to wait to have the perm crown on. My teeth moved so much that it won't fit. So frustrated with the whole experience with Dr. Aledo and I usually don't like to give negative reviews but after a year and a half or more of pain and lots of money spent...I'm irritated. I gave three extra stars for LaLa because she's honestly the only reason I went back again after Dr. Kwok left.

Everyone was very pleasant including the Dr. who worked on my teeth. I don't remember her name but she was gentle and made sure I was in no pain. They work quickly with the insurance company to make sure you get all your benefits.

This was my first visit. Great location and staff. They are professional and proficient. This will definitely be my new DR office. We just moved here. I had issues that I wasn't aware of and they took care of those issues the same day. Gave me advice on what products to be using on my teeth. I will have to say, the stains are gone. Going back for a deep cleaning in 2 weeks. Highly recommend this location and staff. Son in law referred me.

The sevice was prompt, professional and of quality. The only thing I have a serious problem with is that every time I have an appointment, there are ALWAYS up charges that for whatever reasons my insurance doesn't cover.

Unprofessional, Unorganized and too Busy for Customer Service. My first appointment 6 Weeks ago determined I needed a deep cleaning. I find out at the 2nd appointment (6 Weeks Later) that the office NEVER Checked my insurance to get authorization for the cleaning so No Cleaning could be done. I asked if I could get a Regular Cleaning and was REFUSED! RIDICULOUS!! They Wasted my Time and Gas getting up early to be there on time and NO SERVICE!!! I will NEVER go back!!!!

Was charged for services that were covered 100 percent under my.dental insurance plan. They just called it something else and charged me $60 for one and $40 for the other one. SLICK!!! Stay away!
