Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I didn't have to wait at all. Usually going to the dentist makes me very nervous, to say the least. I've had such bad experiences since I was young. Dr. Son did my cleaning and laser treatment. He was very gentle. Thank you Dr. Son

Terrible place, won't be back. Prices are more than double what others are charging, but the best part is even after paying in full on the spot, they'll call you a month after and say you owe them more, and pay or go to collections. Stay away.

Called Friday about aching tooth...they gave me an appointment first thing Monday...saw xray tech (Kumar) 5 minutes later...and filling was completed (by Dr. Son) in 15 minutes...Total time not more than 35 or 40 minutes...More importantly both were cordial, informative, gental and professional,

Scheduled appointment and they let me sit in the office for 45 minutes after the appointment was scheduled just too tell me the lady went home hours ago. I told them ahead of time that I live an 45 minutes away, so they had an hour at least too reschedule or otherwise tell me to not come in. But of course wasting my time is perfectly fine. Tried too leave a complaint, but the person I needed too talk too was out of office when I called the main number on their site, they never called me back. This was my first and last appointment with them. Then just got a letter about "a cyber security incident potentially containing my PHI" Office staff was incredibly unprofessional and unorganized. Edit - Response too the owner. Hi. Per my review. I have tried reaching out directly too you. You never returned my call. If you want more information I would be happy to talk. I do not feel that anyone cares to reach back out so I believe that emailing you would only continue too waste more of my time.

First off, the receptionist and a couple of the dental assistants are amazing here. But that is all the good I have to say about this company. I started as a new patient last week and ended up waiting an hour and a half to get my teeth cleaned. I had a scheduled appointment already set up it appears that they may be having issues with appointments as they seem to run over into other patients appointment times. I needed 3 fillings done but they had to reschedule me because the doctor was "backed up" so despite my scheduled appointment, I left with them not doing anything for me. I understand things can happen so I gave them another chance. Needless to say, I ended up waiting over 50 minutes without having an idea when the doctor was going to start working on my teeth. I was not happy at this point as no one could tell me when a doctor was going to see me. No communication was the most frustrating part of this process as they assumed that I would be okay with waiting an unlimited amount of time. When you set appointments, please follow through with appointment times. There should at least be a level of communication if these appointment times cannot be achieved. Anyways, I got up and left after I told the receptionist how I felt. I don't understand how you can treat patients like this. I have been to many different dental businesses and yes, there are sometime when you have to wait but dental staff have ALWAYS communicated with me up front about it. But having to wait for over 50 minutes and still have no clue when you are going to be seen is unprofessional and ridiculous. I arrived 10 minutes early to this appointment and 20 minutes early to the last appointment. Why schedule me a time for 3:00pm when I don't plan on getting seen until after 4:00pm? There are much better options for dental within the area. I'd advise looking elsewhere.

The dentist is very good, but staff is rude and unpleasant. Super expensive and I was charged too much compared to other places. I'd go somewhere else if you can.

Worst Dentist Experience I have ever had. The front staff where professional and kind. The X-ray person was good. I should have left as soon as the X-rays were being done. The Dentist were complaining about how they were over booked. That should have been sign one. After I was taken to sit in the dentist care the dental assist came over and did not introduce herself. She asked me if I wanted to treat a tooth ache, I told her maybe, I would like to talk to the Dentist and see what my options were. That was sign 2 she was not friendly and did not listen to my concerns. I could hear her talking with the dentist and then the dentist came over, and said, I see what is wrong with you pain you have an issue on the left side. Wrong I had pain on the right side. That was sign 3 and 4 the dentist did not introduce himself, did not even ask me for my details. just started to go and start to tell me what he was going to pull out and that someone would be there to tell me more. I asked him what about my gums, he rudely grabbed a screen and started a video walked and walked away. Some other person came in and started to tell me the price for this procedure and I told him I wanted to know my options for cleaning. He walked away. Also did not tell me his name. I could hear him talking to the Dentist and he rudely said, He said he wanted to treat it. I never told him or anyone I was there to treat anything. They left me alone and I don't know what they were doing at this point. i was waiting and after waiting a while I decided to just get up and leave. I have never felt so disrespected by any Dentist office. Stay away, If I could give them Minus stars I would.

Awful! Just absolutely horrible in all ways. I was treated like a dollar sign . I'm a college student and single mom and was talked into spending $5,500 on invisiline. Then was told by a telemarketer I owe $500 a week later my insurance didn't cover my last appointment but I didn't do anything in my appointment but get X-rays and throw up on an intern for doing impressions three times! It hurt so bad and was so awful. I never review anyone but this was so terrible even the girl at the front office pushed me to have my credit ran

They quoted me a regular tooth extraction, I went then they told me that I need an extensive procedure that I did not need nor did it happened . they still charged me.

They charged $10 For covid fee. I have no problem with the amount, just that if they were to charge the extra infection control fee, they should disclose it to patients ahead of each visit. They made no mention of it till check out.

I came in with a cracked tooth and extremely concerned. The front desk got me in to see the doctor right away. They were very helpful. Dr. Clinciu did everything in his power to save the tooth. He even remained after hours to complete the work. I couldn't be happier with their service!
