Although there were no openings to schedule my 6 month appointment, the woman at the desk suggested I call on Monday when there are usually cancellations. I did, and had an appointment the next day. After following the advice the hygienist gave me last time, she noted the improvement. Thanks to them both, especially during this difficult time.

Friendly staff and the waiting room is on the second floor so it has good views. They took me in as a new patient the next day and I was able to get all my work done in a week. I haven't seen a dentist in over 10 years and the guy was great.

Sorry for the long review...but Dr. Bala, at Bright Now Dental, saved my tooth!!! I had lost my dentist due to a change in my husband's ins. coverage. Then, the new Dr. I found left that new practice. And then shortly after that - that practice was sold to another chain dental group (W. D.); so I left that practice. However, the next new dentist's office I found, later also closed their doors and stopped responding to VM msgs. due to their loss of staffing during COVID. Then when they reopened, they told me they no longer took my ins. So I, again, had to find another dentist, but I couldn't get in to see one for another 6 mos. In the meantime, I had a really bad cavity (in one of my front teeth) that had gone undetected. And when I was able to finally get an xray, the tooth had so much decay that the dentist wanted to pull it. After hearing this bad news, I left their office (crying), and decided to go home and do some research on my own before just surrendering "my" front tooth to the dentist for pulling. Luckily, I found (in my search) other teeth that had a lot more decay than mine (as I still had the majority of my tooth's root left), and they were fully repaired, rather than getting pulled. So I then began to looked for another dentist to get a second opion, and found Dr. Bala at Bright Now Dental. And after my initial consult, he said that he could save my tooth. I was so relieved and truly happy to hear this great news! My experience with Dr. Bala, Christy (his dental assistant), Adriana (front desk), and the entire office staff has been wonderful; they were always so patient with me. They listened to everything I had to say (even though I was a terrible, nervous reck). But, they still treated me with the utmost in kindness and respect. My heart was, and still is filled with so much joy (for not going through the last nightmare experience with the previous dentist just wanting to pull my front tooth), but for the wonderful experience I had with Dr. Bala and his team at Bright Now Dental. Again, I can not say enough good things about my positive experience with Dr. Bala, Christy, Adriana, and the other staff at Bright Now Dental!!!

First visit to Bright Now! I'm a recent Medicare Senior Advantage Plus subscriber so left my dentist of many years now that I am on Delta Dental. My experience with Bright Now! was outstanding. I settled on Bright Now! after an exhaustive review of Delta Dental partners in my area that are taking on new patients. Sign up was a breeze and the receptionist at Bright Now! was polite, professional, and very efficient. She answered all of my questions promptly and with confidence. Once checked in for my first exam, my wait was short at aprox 10 minutes. I was then x-rayed and moved to the exam chair. A short wait of about 15 minutes and Dr Forghany arrived and performed an examination after reviewing my x-rays. He was professional, confident, and personable taking time to explain his observations to me at every step. I felt very reassured under his care. Bright Now! facilities are clean and well organized. It was immediately obvious to me that the organization is well run with modern equipment and practices. Employees appear happy at work and very engaging without wasting time. At the end of my exam I was escorted to the waiting room and after a wait of about 10 minutes the receptionist out processed me efficiently and expertly and set up my next cleaning appointment. She reassured me that Dr Forhgany will be my dentist going forward. Communication from Bright Now! has been unexpectedly outstanding. I received proactive text messages at every step along the way including enrollment confirmation, first visit appointment details and reminders, and next appointment details. I also find the website for Bright Now! to be very informative and user friendly. I'm relieved to have found Bright Now! and will not hesitate to return for all of my dental needs. I highly recommend their services.

I switched dental insurance and this was the closest place that accepts it. I waited for 45 MINUTES for my appointment. I was told that 5 people called out and they only had 1 person available to take x-rays. I was patient and understanding because I know how frustrating it can be in those situations. However, what was unbelievable to me there was the miscommunication happening here. I called to scheduled an appointment for 3 specific services: routine exam, x-rays, and cleaning. The receptionist who checked me in handed me a paper outlining the prices for these 3 services. When I finally saw the dentist and the assistant, they only conducted the exam, despite literally every person I spoke with until that point said I was also scheduled for cleaning, I was told it wasn't scheduled and had to come back another day. I mentioned that I was confused because whoever I called to make the appointment distinctly said I was receiving these 3 services at that appointment, to which the assistant said "Yeah, sometimes they say that." When I scheduled my "real" cleaning, the receptionist said "well, there's an opening in 30 minutes, and you've already waited here for so long you might as well." Unfortunately, the person on the phone who made my appointment told me to expect it to take 90 minutes, so I budgeted 2 hours in my day for the appointment, but that wasn't long enough to ALSO accommodate the cleaning into my day. I'm staying with Bright Now because I don't have any other choice, but I'm looking forward to switching to somewhere better organized. UPDATE: I've gone back twice since my initial review. Once to get my cleaning and some cavities filled. I had a pleasant time, short wait, and felt confident about my choice to stay with Bright Now. My most recent and final visit was to see their periodontist. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment. The older lady at the front desk with glasses showed me to a room, then gave me the standard mouthwash and a cup, told me to just spit in the cup, which sounded weird but I went with it at the time. I sat there for a few minutes with my cup full of spit and mouthwash until the receptionist came running back in to take the cup. The periodontist was friendly, answered questions I had, and explained everything well. I was told before that the periodontist often has enough time available to perform the procedure the same day as the consultation, which is what I preferred and liked. The same receptionist from earlier came to give me the cost of the procedure. At first, she asked me what he said needed to be done so she can give me the bill. It was extremely awkward experience to have to explain to her my vague understanding of what the periodontist said. Only after going back and forth for a few minutes before she asked the periodontist himself. She came in with the estimate for the procedure he recommended, which was enormous, like $15k because my insurance didn't happen to cover it. I was shocked, confused, and concerned. I asked the receptionist to show me the cost of what needed to be done right now while less severe stuff waited. She almost seemed annoyed because she "already" gave me a quote. My last visit was one of the most awkward experiences I've ever had using any healthcare service, which combined with the confusion and impatience from the receptionist compelled me to update my review. I'm changing this to 1 star because I am going elsewhere.

I am now on my 5th visit since the first week in May and I only need a small bridge. I just wanted to upgrade an existing bridge. One would think they charge by the visit. Who ever heard of coming back 5 times, 3 for taking impressions? I have a broken bridge causing me pain! It always takes 2 to 3 weeks to schedule and it is ridiculous they can't get a proper impression in since May! Was told the lab is in Fla!. If I needed it sooner it would be $260.00 extra to expedite! Be very careful before you sign anything. It's July and they say only to more weeks to test the fit and then two more weeks to get the final. Plan to do a little investigating into this organization! I am not a happy recipient of this office!

Company switched insurance so I found a provider in network and we are at our first appointment. Got here 10-15 mins early as requested, paperwork filled out, X-rays transferred in advance to have a smooth visit! And my son and I are still waiting to be seen 30 mins later.... Front desk staff is incredibly sweet and nice. Literally the only reason I am still sitting here waiting for my son to be seen. Not looking like a great place to continue treatment if this is how they value my time.
