Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

No type of help ! They couldnt read my insurance the right way. I had to go and find some other dental office another location that sorted everything out they even called the insurance and verified that everything was good. Dont go to this place dont waist your time here

I was so nervous about going in for a tooth extraction but I have to say it's been the best experience I've ever had while at the dentist. The oral surgeon was knowledgeable and precise. It took me longer to fill out forms than him extracting my tooth.... he was done in literally under a minute. I also want to mention the staff, from the receptionist to the techs to the Dentist..

They were amazing and really helpful. Like everyone I was nervous about going to the dentist but everyone there is really nice and made me feel comfortable. I've been there a couple of times and every visit is better than the last. I'd recommend this place to everyone, which I do.

I want to share my experience with other dental need patients that since I have started seeing this facility the Bright Now, I am very happy with the facility's work. The staff is very cooperative, less waiting time,quick appointment times and best of all the Dentist Joseph and his assistant Ms. Michell are wonderful team persons. They are highly professional, sincere, honest and know their job just perfect. Even for teeth cleaning I found Ms Michell doing a detailed work on teeth cleaning, like flossing, then with water cleaning and then polishing with so much interest and happily. It showed their love for work. I would say try them, and then believe.

All staff members were really polite and helpful. The dentist so professional and polite as well. The office clean and safe. This dentist office is really taking serious COVID-19 protocols.

Please check the bill, they are committing insurance fraud. They charged up so much for the x-rays to the insurance and in the end, my mother couldn't even get the dentures she needed. They claim to have made them, but we never saw them. In addition, we still had to pay extra for x-rays. When confronted the staff was so rude to my mother. We will never go back to this dentist and have been warning people about what they're doing. Beware of this place

My appointment was at 2 pm and called me in right away got the dental work done in 45 minutes. Now just waiting to see about a crown for my tooth and what my insurance will pay. Highly recommend this place!

They make you come an hour before your actual appointment and make you wait till they call your name. Also, you got to watch out who is infront and behind you. They skip me and squeeze someone in before me (to have the same procedure) and reception made an excuse that depending on the procedure, and that back people are the ones choosing who goes in first which is a total lie cause the folks inside said they just pick up the top folder on the stack. They could just apologies and I would understand that everone make mistakes. Instead lied to me like I'm a 5y.o Otherwise, people inside and Dentist/Surgeon are very professional and quick. They'll get you out of there in no time.

Everyone hates to go to the Dentist. Myself included, except this place is Extra great. The customer service is always exceptional. Norma in the office, greets you and makes you feel welcomed. Christina always has a smile and is always welcoming. My Dentist Dr. Shakur is thee Best. I will continue to come her. Patient here 6 years. Thank you for always being kind, Patient and caring
