Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

On November 2nd, five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving at Bright Now! Dental in Herndon, VA, sponsored by DDS Lab. Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I had to get my 2 front teeth replaced with purslane caps the first set did not match the color of my teeth so they sent me to the lab to get a color shade and the second set of caps are perfect fit and color. I'm so happy they took great care of me. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Front desk never submitted insurance authorization for work I needed. Keep getting put off by them for weeks. After repeated attempts I decided I should find a more reliable dental office. Very frustrating, no help .

Hi. This is Latasha and it's Always a pleasure when I come here. Everyone always is nice and the doctor is very good at what he does! I've been coming here for three years. I would recommend to those I know. Sometimes people leave bad reviews because they aren't understanding and aren't comprehending things correctly. I haven't had any issues and will always be a patient. Thanks guys!!

This place on Cave Creek and 101 is terrible disorganized and inefficient. The rescheduled me 3 times in one month. They cancel appointments, simply cause they decided they would close on the Saturday I was scheduled. This is 3 months total for a simple cleaning! BTW still sitting here they are 30 minutes again. With no patients insight!

The hygienists are fantastic. The office management and dentist, not so much. Surprise is the worst. After they did a crown it took them a year to never explain why my tooth was sensitive leading to pain which gradually became severe. No solution was offered to help (new dentist states several methods could lesson pain, gloves, prescribed toothpaste etc). After not getting any facts, I'm told "pain will go away", they charged xrays for 6 seperate visits and they shaved my tooth each time. My favorite is when the office manager asks which tooth number, cause I went to dental school and know this, why not look at my chart. So be prepared to know! Fast forward after they milked insurance money with xrays, I decided to go to a family dentist. I learned 1. this many xrays are unnecessary and an easy money maker. 2. My tooth under crown was cracked which caused my pain. 3. My dentist referred to the crown as bulky (it protudes out 1/8 from the rest of my teeth) and the worst "fit he's seen". So, if you're looking for an over priced corporate office with an office manager that isn't pleasant, you've found the right place!!

not a great experience. staff was more interested in suggesting some expensive procedure rather then focusing on the immediate need of the customer. At one point I asked them to do regular cleaning and they said they won't do it and pushed to do deep cleaning.

This place is the worst. My wife and I had dental work done there and we both had issues with just about everything they did. We had to go back to have rework done many times. The final straw for me was a crown that had to be replaced that they had previously done poorly and they gave me the price beforehand. I had the work done and paid them in full as soon as they completed it. Approximately a year later they send me a bill for $478. After speaking with them, they told me that the insurance company wouldn't cover their share of the crown. I called the insurance company and they told me the reason was because not enough time had passed from the original crown. They also said Bright Now Dental never got the crown pre-authorized and if they did, they would have known it wouldn't be covered. Also, I could have waited a month and enough time would have passed and insurance would have covered it. I called the Bright Now Dental office multiple times for further explanation and to see what they could do to help resolve the issue. Months went by without them returning my calls or getting back to me. I finally talked to someone there and they told me that it's my issue and I have to pay them the $478. I can't stress enough how bad this place is and would never recommend anyone going there.

Dr.Griffiths did an amazing job on my fillings. He explains each step of the process as he goes, cares about patients comfort and even made me laugh a few times. Highly recommend Bright Now Dental and Dr. Griffiths.

I am only giving this place three starsI had a good almost 2 years with this company until the last few months which were very frustrating. I'm not very fond of my experience here I currently live in Mesa and previously lived in Phoenix tried finding another dentist under the same company that could fix my braces that is close by where I live now but unfortunately no other dentist under the same company would work on someone else's work, so I had to stay with this dentist on Cavecreek. There were some missed appointments which I had believe I called 24 hours prior to canceling because of lack of transportation and I have driven 30 minutes for four days through these last few months during scheduling appointments just to end up not having anything happen and wasting a ton of gas and time. I was supposed to have my braces on for two years and throughout those two years I've had two different orthodontist (I would prefer the first orthodontist that I had) the previous scheduled appointment that I had gone to in January or possibly February I was told that I'm going to be charged $100 per visit now because my contract was canceled and I was supposed to get my braces off in November but due to lack of communication I was never told that over the phone or even an email I drove 30 minutes just to have nothing happen and they were couple times that I had gone to my appointment just to also be told that my orthodontist wasn't even in. I'm just really excited to finally get my braces off and find a better dentist that's not really under this company after what I have experienced these last few months. Edit, never mind this place is only getting one star this place sucks whoever it was that put my phone number in in the beginning didn't even put the right number in and once again the orthodontist is not in and I waste of time just to get my braces off.

I was in need of a new dentist and with the ratings/ reviews, I expected to be more pleased with the visit. However it just felt rushed, I didn't feel cared for, plus what I was being charged was way more than I was quoted at other dental offices.

Disappointed, entire situation was a complete hassle. First they were unable to verify my insurance even though I had found them via Delta, and had called the company myself to confirm my insurance. Eventually they figured it out so we went in. They still require masks so I complied, and kindly sat by myself in the corner. My fiance needs me near by for her seizures and asked me to sit with her, the office immediately got angry that she "had a guest." After explaining her situation the lady behind the desk was kind and said she would ask, but whoever she asked came up and told my fiancee she wont see her because she doesn't have "medical clearance." Even though she was just getting her teeth cleaned and didn't need it, and never needed it at any other dentist. This was never noted on the phone or leading up to meeting in the office. My fiance already has a horrible time with seizures affecting her life and to blame that for not being able to see the dentist for a simple check up is absurd, it made her feel terrible. I also watched this lady tell a family with a child to leave due to "CDC guidance" that doesn't allow them to be in the office, which isn't true. The family was on the other side of the office from me and were calmly sitting by themselves quietly, I personally saw no issue with them. Current guidelines do not require masks or social distancing at all, it is simply the office itself making the rules. (which people were following, but they were still being a hassle with). It's 110 degrees outside, they wanted the family with a small child to wait outside while the wife saw the dentist..... I sure hope she cancelled also.
